The traditional wired charging of electric vehicles is prone to wear,leakage and complicated operation,while wireless charging can solve these problems.Therefore,wireless charging technology has received more and more attention and research.Magnetic coupling coil is the core of electric vehicle wireless charging system,which directly affects the transmission efficiency and power of the system;The magnetic shield structure is related to the electromagnetic leakage of the wireless charging system,and is the key to the practical application of the wireless charging technology.Therefore,the magnetic coupling coil and magnetic shield structure are optimized in this paper,which is of great significance to the development and application of electric vehicle wireless charging technology.Magnetic coupling coil is the key component of wireless charging system to realize power transmission in space.In order to improve the coupling performance of the coil,the structure of the magnetic coupling coil is designed and optimized in this paper.Taking the number of turns,radius and transmission distance of the coil as the optimization variables,the magnetic coupling coil is optimized to improve the transmission efficiency of the wireless charging system.The magnetic shielding structure is usually composed of ferrite magnetic core and aluminum plate.In this paper,based on the traditional radial strip core,a new type of magnetic core-Y-type radial core is designed and optimized.With the structural parameters of the Y-type radiation core as the optimization variable,and with the goal of improving the coupling coefficient of the wireless charging system,the structure of the Y-type radiation core is optimized.In this paper,the aluminum shield of wireless charging system is designed based on the control variable method.Finally,the transmission performance of the optimized wireless charging system is analyzed and verified by simulation.The transmission efficiency of the optimized system can reach 94.4%,which improves the transmission performance of the system and provides a scheme for the optimization design of the wireless charging system.
