The development of additional armor technology for armored vehicles is becoming increasingly mature,the penetration capability of traditional single-stage shaped charge projectile is significantly weakened,and its difficulty in reliably penetrating tank targets draped with explosive reaction armors is increasing,therefore,seeking breakthroughs from fuze warhead coordination has become a new research hotspots.In order to solve the defects of impact burst tandem warhead and proximity burst tandem warhead,improve the fuze warhead coordination efficiency of tank gun high explosive antitank(HEAT)projectile for enhancing the damage capability against main battle tank(MBT),this paper established the main tactical and technical indicators and designed a tandem shaped charge projectile overall scheme based on domestic and foreign research basis and research status.In order to study the key technologies of the HEAT projectile,the penetration power of the tandem shaped charge projectile was considered in Chapter 3 of this paper.The first-stage shaped charge was designed by using charge diameter as the main factor,and its damage power was simulated by LS-DYNA,an explicit dynamic analysis finite element software.The simulation results show that the projectile with the first-stage warhead can reliably explode the double-layer parallel explosive reactive armor(ERA)with 3/3/3 millimeters plates;The second-stage shaped charges were orthogonally designed by using the cone angle of the liner,the wall thickness and the diameter of the barrier material as the main factors.The nine groups of simulation results of penetration power show that the scheme 1,scheme 6 and scheme 8 can achieve the penetration power indicator of the second-stage warhead,the scheme 6 has the best performance whose penetration depth of 45 steel target can reach 740 millimeters.Chapter 4 of the paper focused on the external airflow field characteristics and aerodynamic properties of projectile with the first-stage warhead,the lift coefficient,drag coefficient and lift-to-drag ratio were calculated by using the fluid simulation software FLUENT.The simulation results proves that the projectile flying with small angle of attack has a stable aerodynamic performance and good aerodynamic shape.Finally,the analysis of the static stability of the detonator and parent projectile shows that the flight stability of the detonator is good,and the comparison of the aerodynamic shape and structural characteristics between the tandem shaped charge projectile and the standard projectile shows that the flight stability of the tandem warhead projectile meets the operational requirements.In this paper,a stage separation tandem shaped charge projectile with laser fuze was designed and its key technologies were studied.Through systematic research and analysis,the feasibility of the proposal was verified.The design ideas and research methods discussed in the paper can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the design of the new tandem warhead projectile.
