Research On The Integration Of Business And Finance In V Construction Company From The Perspective Of Internal Control

The construction industry has always been a pillar industry of our national economy,which has far-reaching influence on the upstream and downstream industriy areas and makes contributions that are very important to promoting economic growth and urbanization.However,with the rapid development,there are also some problems with low development quality and efficiency in the construction industry.The overall management level of construction enterprises is in the low level for a long time,and due to the characteristics of various businesses and scattered projects,it brings massive challenges to enterprise management..The integration of business and finance is the product of the development of information technology.With the help of the information system platform,enterprises organically integrate the business process,financial process and management process,reduce the communication barriers between financial personnel and business personnel,and realize the integration of business and finance data.Construction enterprises promoting the integration of business and finance can improve operation efficiency,strengthen project risk control,and significantly improve enterprise management level.However,there are uncountalbe construction enterprises still have many problems with the processing of promoting the integration of business and finance.Strengthening the internal control of enterprises is an important means for many enterprises to improve the operation results,ensure the reliability of financial reports,improve the management level,and is also a necessary choice for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.The establishment of a matching internal control system guarantees the smooth implementation of the integration of business and finance.V company’s integration of business and finance is the research object in this paper.Through analysis of existing problems and the reasons for the process of V company’s integration of business and finance from the perspective of internal control,this paper promotes targeted optimization suggestions.First of all,this paper consulted a large number of literature about the integration of business and finance and internal control,to have a deeper understanding of the connotation of the integration of business and finance and internal control,domestic and foreign development status,as the theoretical basis of the study.Secondly,I consulted various documents and management manuals issued by V company over the years.On this basis,I expounded the status quo of the integration of business and finance and the status quo of internal control of V Company.Then,through the form of interviews with relevant departments and project site management personnel,the problems in V company’s business and financial integration,including project bidding management,expenditure contract management,budget management and financial management were deeply understood.Subsequently,from the perspective of internal control defects,the questionnaire survey was conducted around the existence and operation of the five elements of internal control.It was found that the reasons for the problems in the integration of business and finance of V company were the defects of internal control.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions on the optimization of V company’s internal control,such as optimizing the internal control environment,establishing a sound risk assessment mechanism,strengthening control activities,establishing a flexible information communication mechanism,strengthening internal supervision,etc.Through the study,this paper found that enterprises can strengthen the internal control to ensure the smooth implementation of the integration of business and finance.V Company is a large construction enterprise with a history of nearly 70 years.It has been promoting the construction of business financial integration for nearly eight years and has accumulated certain experience.So it is representative in the industry.The research on the integration of business and finance of V company from the perspective of internal control provides support for V company to improve the integration of business and finance,and also has reference significance for other enterprises to carry out the integration of business and finance and strengthen internal control.
