energy market is very fierce,and the penetration of various alternative electric energy sources has a relatively strong impact on the electric power sales of power grid enterprises The great impact leads to the overall external marketing environment of power grid enterprises is not optimistic.In order to optimize internal management,reduce costs and increase efficiency,in July 2015,State Grid Corporation of China issued the notice on comprehensively promoting the construction of the integration of business and Finance(SGCC [2015] No.696),which started to promote the reform of the integration of business and finance in the marketing department,and in June 2018,it started to promote the deep and lean integration of business and finance under the multi-dimensional benefit management system.Based on the normative analysis of the industry finance integration,this paper systematically combs the background and measures of the industry finance integration reform of s power supply company under the State Grid Corporation,analyzes the current reform results and existing problems,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further deepening the industry finance integration reform.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Based on the description of the research background and significance of this paper,this chapter analyzes the domestic and foreign research literature on the integration of industry and finance,and introduces the research content,framework,methods,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis part.Based on the introduction of the basic connotation and attribute characteristics of industry finance integration,this part analyzes the realization path and theoretical basis of industry finance integration.The integration of industry and finance takes information technology as the realization path and real-time sharing of business and financial information as the center.The goal is to achieve the mutual cooperation between business and finance,complete the planning,control,evaluation and other management activities of the enterprise,give full play to the synergy effect,and achieve the goal of maximizing the value creation of the enterprise.The basic target orientation of industry finance integration is the transformation of financial department from manager to server,from post accounting and reflection to prediction and guidance in advance,and from financial accounting to management accounting,which has the attribute characteristics of whole process,timeliness,control and integration.The reform of industry finance integration must go through accounting process reengineering,business process reengineering,building information integration platform and building data warehouse.The theory of business process reengineering,organizational change,coordination and resource allocation provide sufficient theoretical application system between business and financial departments is quite different,it can’t meet the needs of data sharing,and the data information between business and financial departments is quite different,it can’t meet the needs of scientific decision-making,so the reform of business and financial integration is imperative.Since 2015,according to the unified deployment of the headquarters of State Grid Corporation of China,the industry finance integration reform of s power supply company has been divided into two stages.In the first stage(July 2015 June 2018),the main goal of the business finance integration reform is to achieve a high degree of integration of marketing and financial business and the connection of practical operation process.Through the unified business process,main data,business rules and the establishment of long-term operation mechanism,the unified and standardized business management and financial accounting rules are established and implemented to achieve the systematic improvement of marketing and finance And integration.The second stage(from June 2018)is to build a multi-dimensional lean management system,which is based on the reform of the integration of business and finance,with the realization of the three-dimensional multi-dimensional value information reflection system composed of accounting subjects and management dimensions as the
