Study On The Socialist Transformation Of Zhejiang Du Jinsheng Silk Weaving Factory

The general line of transition period proposed that the state began to make socialist transformation of capitalist industry and commerce in 1953.Du Jinsheng Silk Weaving Factory is a relatively representative silk weaving factory in Hangzhou.Taking it as a sample and conducting a case study can better present the overall situation of the socialist transformation of Hangzhou silk weaving industry,so as to have a deeper understanding of the general route and the significance of socialist transformation in the transitional period.This paper is composed of three parts.The first chapter is the introduction,the main body of the paper is chapter two to chapter five,and the last part is the conclusion.The second chapter briefly introduces the development history of Du Jinsheng Silk Weaving Factory.The focus is on the production and management of the period from the founding of New China to the period before the socialist transformation in order to explain the necessity of the socialist transformation of Du Jinsheng Silk weaving Factory.The third chapter systematically expounds the preparatory work for the socialist transformation of Du Jinsheng Silk Weaving Factory,which mainly includes three aspects: government support,ideological mobilization and mass mobilization.The fourth chapter examines the socialist transformation of Du Jinsheng Silk weaving Factory in detail.Including submission of application,verification of assets,personnel arrangement,organizational structure,fixed interest and other aspects.The fifth chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the evaluation of Du Jinsheng Silk Weaving Factory after the socialist transformation,including the fundamental change in the nature of the enterprise,the substantial increase in production efficiency,the significant increase in employee treatment,the significant improvement in the working environment,the optimization of the salary system,the vigorous development of knowledge education and other positive and significant changes,and analyzes the existing problems.The study found that the socialist transformation of Chinese capitalist industry and commerce in the 1950s was a great socialist revolutionary movement.In the process of socialist transformation,the country has firmly grasped the direction of transformation and always adhered to the socialist direction,thus achieving the victory of transformation.Although some problems inevitably appeared in the process of transformation,on the whole,the socialist transformation of Du Jinsheng Silk Weaving Factory carried out by the Communist Party of China is a success,with outstanding experience and correct direction.Its glory continues to this day.
