| The aging of China’s social population is becoming increasingly severe, and the issue of old-age care has gradually become the focus of public discussion.Providing aging products for the elderly, meeting the diversified and multi-level needs of the elderly, and improving the self-care ability and quality of life of the elderly have increasingly become key issues that cannot be ignored in the process of social development.Bathing as an essential part of the daily life of the elderly, due to its physiological needs and psychological needs, resulting in the elderly in the bath ing process there are poor bathing experience, frequent safety problems and other phenomena. In order to ensure the safety of the bathing process of the elderly and improve the bathing experience of the elderly, this paper takes the bathing products of the elderly as the research object and the theory of perceptual engineering as the basis, designs the bathing products for the elderly that meet the perceptual needs of the elderly group, and conducts research on the functions, shapes, colors, materials, ergonomics and other elements, the main contents are as follows:(1)Expound the theory and research methods of perceptual engineering, summarize and summarize the product design process under the guidance of perceptual engineering, and provide theoretical support and method guidance for the design practice of subsequent bath products for the elderly.(2)First of all, through the literature review method to analyze the physiological characteristics, psychological characteristics and consumption characteristics of the elderly group, determine that the design of the product should meet the safety, convenience and aesthetics;secondly, through the interview method to deeply understand the problems and difficulties in the bathing behavior of the elderly, summarize the perceptual needs of the elderly in the bathing process, and put forward the sitting and standing elderly bathing products with the functions of cleaning the back, pressing the button to adjust the water temperature, and emergency alarm,so that the elderly can obtain a good bathing experience while independently completing the bathing. Finally, the user’s ergonomic dimensions are investigated and analyzed to guide the size design of the product.(3)The design process of perceptual engineering theory is introduced into the design of bath products for the elderly, through the collection and screening of typical product samples and perceptual vocabulary, combined with the semantic difference method to quantify the user’s perceptual cognition, the average v alue of the perceptual vocabulary of the typical product sample is obtained, and then the image scale table of the shape, color and material of the elderly bath product is drawn, and the correlation between the perceptual vocabulary and the design elements of the elderly bath product is analyzed by the table,so as to extract the modeling, color and material design elements of the elderly bath product.Guide the completion of the design of two bathing schemes for the elderly, and use the analytic hierarchy method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct perceptual evaluation of the two sets of schemes, select the optimal design scheme, and further enhance the recognition and acceptance of the elderly for bath products.(4)Conduct in-depth design and analysis of the optimal design scheme in terms of overall shape, unit structure, size design, color and material, and use the CATIA ergonomics module for simulation and evaluation, verify the rationality and comfort of the model design, and improve the feasibility and scientificity of the design scheme of bath products for the elderly. |
