Decorative Thin Wood Design Based On Deconstruction And Reconstruction Theory Presents The Landscape Style

People had a higher pursuit of quality of life,indoor environment aesthetic demand and environmental protection requirements were also gradually improved with the continuous improvement of the overall living standard.Decorative thin wood is a common board to create interior decoration effect,but there were some problems such as dull pattern,difficult to meet the personalized needs of users.In the production process,there were fluorescent brightening agent and other environmental pollution,harmful to health chemical reagents.Therefore,this paper carried out the decorative thin wood design based on deconstruction and reconstruction theory to present the landscape style.By deconstructing the features of Chinese landscape painting,this paper put forward the design method of wood veneer dyeing to present the landscape style.Used natural dyes and drawing lessons from hanging dyeing techniques,the design process of decorative thin wood pattern was obtained,so as to realize the changefulness of decorative thin wood pattern and environmental protection of production link.The aesthetic evaluation and design optimization were carried out by constructing the visual image analysis model of decorative thin wood with perceptual evaluation as the main body.Finally,the modular design method was used to design the decorative cabinet door which can be used for a variety of specifications cabinet body presenting landscape artistic conception.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Deconstructed the features of landscape painting and established the pattern design method.The characteristics of mountain elements in several Lingnan School landscape paintings were disassembled from three dimensions of space,form and color.The deconstruction features of mountain elements “layer”,“steep” and “thick” were obtained.Thus,this paper established the specific design principles on the dyeing level number and the hill slope to ease the change of ink concentration.The dyeing process of decorative thin wood,which presents the artistic conception of Chinese landscape painting,has been obtained with the main links of dye allocation,hanging dyeing,taking out and drying,and repeated dyeing.(2)The preparation technology was studied with the technique of hanging dyeing.With the increase of dyeing times,the pattern level was increased,the brightness of the pattern was reduced,and the contrast was increased.With the increase of dyeing time,the pattern contrast increased.And the contrast remains unchanged after a certain time.The increase of dye concentration made the boundary of the pattern clearer,reduced the brightness of the pattern,and increased the contrast.However,the contrast will decrease when the concentration was too high.Yellow dye pattern contrast was greater than blue,greater than red.(3)The pattern features were fitted and the subjective evaluation rules were analyzed.Fitted the multiple patterns obtained by dyeing and the deconstruction result features mentioned above,the design method of decorative thin wood pattern basically realized the deconstruction feature target of landscape painting with multi-level mountains,varied shapes,rich colors and soft transitions.The subjective evaluation study found that the visual perception of users would be affected by the color of the dye itself.With the increase of dyeing times,the red,yellow and blue prints showed more exciting,gorgeous and strong feelings.(4)Adhered to the principle of sustainable design,this paper designed a modular decorative cabinet door that can be applied to a variety of specifications of cabinets presenting landscape artistic conception.The transparent sheet made of decorative thin wood used disassembly and installation structure to realize combined assembly and recycling.According to the user’s needs,single or multiple pieces of decorative thin wood with different mountain shapes were inserted.The combination presents different mountain hiding effect,and a variety of decorative states were realized with limited materials.The results of this paper enriched the design materials in the field of household and product design,provided a new model for custom and personalized design.And provide theoretical and practical basis for customized decorative stained thin wood production design.At the same time,it helped the sustainable development of wood dyeing industry and promotes the concept of clean production and green development.
