Electric vehicles are the development direction of global automobile companies,and the domestic electric motorcycle industry is also developing rapidly.However,for a long time,most of the electric motorcycle designs have been used for fuel-free motorcycle design for rigorous transformation,and there are some problems.For example,the battery technology bottleneck cannot be broken,the single commuting distance of electric vehicles is shorter than that of motorcycles,and the energy supply is very slow.In this regard,this paper adopts the thinking of deconstruction and reconstruction of deconstruction,proposes a design method of battery pack power matching scheme using modular interface,and proposes to replace the more traditional charging method by establishing a power exchange station and quickly replacing the battery to meet consumption The demand for long life and high power of electric motorcycles has effectively improved the durability of batteries.First of all,the domestic electric motorcycle use environment is decomposed,and the consumer survey area is Chongqing.Then,through the detailed investigation of electric motorcycle products and the combination of fuel motorcycle products,the structure,usage and appearance of motorcycle products are analyzed.;And concluded that most of the commercially available electric car body structure is based on the reform of the body structure of the fuel motorcycle.The main components of the fuel motorcycle are the internal combustion engine,fuel tank and transmission,etc.,which are different from the battery of the electric motorcycle.,Controllers and motors.Therefore,it is necessary to jump out of the design of the fuel motorcycle and disassemble and reconstruct the architecture of the electric motorcycle.Secondly,through consumer deconstruction and research,the design direction was deduced,and five possible requirements were drawn up.The Kano model was used to organize the consumer demand survey data,and the Better-Worse coefficient was calculated to obtain the two requirements that should be mainly designed.The specific body structure design based on the form of power exchange,and the scalability design for individual needs.Finally,the components of the electric otorcycle are decomposed,and combined with the consumer needs obtained above,the structure is designed one by one from the appearance.Based on the existing technology of the battery,without changing the battery specifications,through a modular design method,the battery is replaced in groups to achieve one of strong power performance or long endurance,and designed a replaceable The battery pack is equipped with modules,and two power solutions of 72v60a and 144v30a are given.Because of the way of changing the electricity,the way and rhythm of traditional electric motorcycles are changed,and it is proposed to use additional functional components(water cooling system and battery load and take)to complete the design.By designing a stable core architecture,with the easy-to-change expansion structure to achieve product personalization and differentiation.This paper proposes a detailed and specific plan based on deconstruction,and finally sketches,3D modeling and output renderings.The problems of poor power and short battery life of electric motorcycles have been effectively resolved and balanced.The performance and experience of electric motorcycle products have been improved.
