Research On Medical Interior Space Design Based On The Concept Of "Healing Environment"

At present,the medical technology,mode,and system are undergoing great changes as our economy is under great development.Medical needs are also shifting from "cure" to "healing".However,the efficiency of domestic medical services is not high,the space environment is not good,and the lack of humanized facilities leads to the weakening of cohesion,affinity and public trust.The design of medical interior space only stays at the level of meeting the basic medical needs of medical patients.In addition,the number of chronic disease patients is increasing,the aging problem is prominent,how to build a batch of high efficiency and high quality medical indoor space has become an important "livelihood project".At present,most of the researches on the concept of "healing environment" are based on the theory,discussing the theory,definition,design elements,design content,spatial expression and construction methods of "healing environment",or applying the concept of "healing environment" to the design of public space,waiting space,ward space or interior space of large general hospital.There are few studies on its application in community hospitals.This thesis first traced the theoretical source,analyzed the background of the concept of "healing environment",sorted out the concept itself,summarized the research results made by predecessors,analyzed the indoor expression techniques of excellent design cases at home and abroad,and improved the understanding and expression of the concept of "healing environment".Secondly,by analyzing the status quo of medical space research,collecting questionnaire information,using SD semantic difference method to screen and study the factors of medical indoor space environment,and integrating relevant data,taking the behavioral and psychological needs of doctors and patients and accompanying family members as the entry point,systematically analyzing the real demands of doctors and patients for medical indoor space from multiple levels and angles.The deep influence of indoor environmental factors on body and mind was studied,so as to explore the representation of the concept of "healing environment" in the medical indoor space,and put forward the solution direction.Finally,the design strategy of "healing environment" concept is summarized into three main aspects: improving perceptual comfort,adding auxiliary detail design,and creating a comfortable environment.The construction methods and expression methods of theoretical aspects are flexibly applied.Combined with the author’s understanding and summary of the concept of "healing environment",corresponding solutions are proposed for the design of medical interior space.Then,the concept of "healing environment" is applied to the interior design practice of community hospitals,hoping to verify its feasibility in community hospitals.The medical interior space design based on the concept of "healing environment" can provide new ideas and new directions for domestic medical space.Through systematic analysis and summary of excellent design cases at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of domestic medical interior space design,this thesis aims to make contributions to the application of the concept of "healing environment" in community hospitals,and provide new thoughts,new ideas and new paradigms for the safety,convenience and experience of medical interior space.
