Research On Interior Space Design Strategy Of Medical And Nursing Integrated Hospital Under The Concept Of Smart Old-Age Care

As the aging population enters a rapid development stage,the majority of elderly people with disabilities and dementia will face difficulties and crises in their elderly care.The medical nursing integrated hospitals can provide long-term care and medical services for the elderly.The system of combining modern hospitals with elderly care established in China has provided policy guarantee for its development,and has carried out a lot of exploration under the concept of smart elderly care.However,due to the fact that the development of medical and nursing integrated hospitals is still in its early stages,there are many problems in the layout and functional configuration of indoor facilities,which cannot meet the needs of the elderly.It is urgent to improve the design methods and standards of indoor space.This paper combines the literature review method,field research method,transdisciplinarity method and discipline theory to study the behavioral characteristics of the disabled and dementia elderly,and explore the indoor space design strategy conducive to the development of a hospital combining medical care and nursing care under the concept of smart elderly care.Firstly,select representative the medical and nursing care hospitals for research,analyze from the perspectives of hospital overview,indoor layout,and spatial environment,and conduct a questionnaire survey.Based on research data,focusing on the medical and nursing ward space,rehabilitation space,and public space of the research,further understanding the living needs and behavioral characteristics of hospitalized elderly people,and summarizing the problems in spatial functions,privacy security,and intelligent configuration.Secondly,in response to existing problems,the design principles for the indoor space of medical and elderly care integrated hospitals under the concept of smart elderly care are proposed,including principles of intelligence,safety,adaptability to the elderly,and green design.Four strategies for indoor space design are proposed:integrating technology and humanities to construct smart scenes;Deeply cultivate humanistic soil and spread humanistic care;Explore the connotation of space and create spatial quality;Create situational experiences and move towards self-healing creation.Finally,this article verifies the rationality of the invoked design strategy through practice,striving to design an innovative construction plan for indoor space that meets the physiological,psychological,behavioral characteristics,and adaptive needs of the elderly,in order to supplement the discipline theory and design application reference.
