With the promotion of rural revitalization and the concept of dual carbon, the existing rural houses in the northern Jiangsu region are no longer able to meet the needs of farmers for high-quality living environments. Therefore, improving the indoor thermal environment of rural houses in northern Jiangsu has become a key task in current rural construction. This article mainly focuses on the existing rural houses in Lianyungang area as the research object.A series of questionnaire surveys and on-site visits were conducted on the current situation of existing rural houses in Lianyungang area, and typical existing rural house enclosure structures, indoor and outdoor temperatures, energy utilization, and other aspects were investigated and analyzed.Discovered and summarized the problems of existing rural houses in Lianyungang area in terms of thermal performance of enclosure structure, indoor thermal environment comfort, energy utilization, etc.Using simulation software DesignBuilder,a standard model of existing rural houses in Lianyungang area was established and energy consumption simulation was conducted.By comparing the envelope limits given in the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Rural Residential Buildings(GB/T 50824-2013),it is found that the heat transfer coefficient of the existing rural housing envelope is far more than the value given in the specification,so it is necessary to modify the existing rural housing envelope.Subsequently, from the perspective of energy conservation, design strategies for the appropriate technological transformation of existing rural houses were explored, mainly including the analysis of suitable technologies for external enclosure structures and solar energy utilization,in order to solve these problems. Finally, taking the actual research project of existing rural houses in Lianyungang area as an example, through preliminary research and measurement, and the analysis of suitable technologies for external enclosure structure and solar energy utilization proposed in Chapter 4,specific transformation measures are taken for Project 1 and Project 2.Finally,through comparison,it was found that the thermal performance of the renovated rural houses improved and the effect was good. And the economic analysis of its transformation was conducted, taking into account the transformation cost and effect, fully verifying the feasibility and transformation effect of the proposed technical system, providing practical guarantee for the research results of this article, improving the technical system of existing rural housing transformation, and effectively expanding the selection space for farmers. |
