In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of energy saving and emission reduction,energy consumption reduction and air pollution caused by winter heating in northern China,passive low-energy buildings are becoming more and more well known.At present,the number of stories of villas in villages and towns is low,the figure coefficient is large,and the surrounding area is large.If these buildings meet the requirements of passive low-energy buildings,the thermal performance and thickness of insulation materials are very high,and the requirements of thermal performance and air tightness of windows and doors are also high.In this way,passive low-energy buildings will increase the construction cost compared with ordinary energy-saving buildings.Villa buildings are generally owned by individuals.Reducing energy consumption can reduce the normal operation cost,but if the initial investment increases greatly,whether the whole operation cycle of the building is economical and reasonable needs to be calculated.In this paper,the low energy consumption transformation of existing villas in Tangshan area is studied.Two transformation schemes are studied,which are energy-saving 75% low energy villas and passive low energy consumption villas.The research method mainly uses the building energy consumption simulation analysis method to carry on the paper research,uses the PKPM green building series software of the Chinese Academy of Architectural Sciences to carry on the calculation analysis.Firstly,the energy consumption of the existing buildings is analyzed.The existing buildings are rural villas in Leting area of Tangshan.The energy consumption of the original villas is analyzed by using the numerical energy consumption simulation software PKPM-Energy.The annual heating demand is 188.76 k Wh/(.a),the annual cooling demand is 38.8Wh/(.a),and the primary energy demand is 328.83 k Wh/(.a).In winter,the proportion of thermal load of exterior wall is the largest,followed by roof,ground and window.In summer,the proportion of external window in total cooling load of enclosure structure is the largest,while the proportion of roof and exterior wall is relatively small.Secondly,75% energy-saving renovation of existing villas is carried out.The low energy consumption calculation of existing villas is carried out by using PKPM building energy-saving design analysis software and building energy consumption simulation analysis software PKPM-Energy,so that the villas meet the requirements of "energy-saving design standards for residential buildings"(75% energy-saving in Hebei Province).The heating demand for the year after renovation is 44.2k.Wh/(.a),heating demand decreased by 76.58%;the annual cooling demand was 21.06Wh/(.a),cooling demand decreased by 45.72%;the primary energy demand was 96.74 k Wh/(.a),primary energy demand decreased by 70.58%.Finally,the energy consumption of passive low-energy building simulation analysis software PKPM-PHEnergy is simulated and analyzed.Compared with the original villas and 75% energy-saving villas,the energy consumption and economic analysis show that the heating demand decreases by 89.23%,the cooling demand decreases by 51%,and the primary energy demand decreases by 88.95%.The economic analysis of the two renovation schemes shows that the economy of the two schemes in the study of low energy consumption renovation of different villas in Tangshan is not very ideal,and the return period of investment of 75% of the schemes is relatively short.
