| Nanjing,as the capital of Jiangsu Province and an important hub city in the Yangtze River Delta region,has a perfect road transport system,rich natural resources and heavy human resources,and was successfully selected as one of the first batch of pilot cities for renewal announced by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2021.There are many elements of urban renewal,and street tree landscapes play an important role in the urban ecological texture framework and are an important part of urban landscaping.Nanjing’s street tree landscape development started early and long,and tens of thousands of street trees have been growing for nearly a century and have now formed a scale,but their social problems such as landscape decay,rotten roots and hollowness,and collapse have also begun to emerge and are of concern to the public and the government level.This study is based on the actual problem of urban regeneration in Nanjing,and compares the theories of street tree landscape development and organic regeneration at home and abroad,and refines the methods and paths of organic regeneration of street tree landscape.Based on the scientific research method,the study uses the knowledge of design,art,botany and statistics to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the current situation of street tree landscape in Nanjing,establish a scientific and reasonable landscape evaluation system with the help of hierarchical analysis and other evaluation methods,carry out a comprehensive evaluation and analysis,clarify the focus of the optimal design,and propose the following suggestions to address the shortcomings of the existing street tree landscape in Nanjing The optimization strategy is based on five aspects: natural attributes,ornamental value,cultural attributes,social value,and ecological value,with safety,artistry,regionality,functionality,and ecology as the optimization principles,and the intervention of the site in the way of point,line,and surface.Combined with Zhongshan Road in Nanjing,the design practice is carried out to provide a specific optimization plan for organic renewal.The research content and conclusions contain the following aspects:1、Refining the connotation of organic renewal theory on street tree landscape.Through the interpretation of organic regeneration and related concepts,sort out the lineage of domestic and foreign research,clarify the design logic of organic regeneration,explore the current development problems of street tree landscape,understand the deficiencies in street tree landscape regeneration,summarize and conclude the methods of organic regeneration of street tree landscape,establish a research framework and form a technical route.2、Research and analysis of the current situation of street tree landscape in Nanjing.Through data compilation,digging into the characteristics of Nanjing’s human and natural environment,sorting out the historical lineage,collecting relevant policies and understanding the basic background.Develop a research plan,determine the research method and content,and delineate the research scope of the six main urban areas including Xuanwu District.We conducted research and analysis of landscape road types according to three aspects: traffic level,functional characteristics,and road strip,and carried out plant research and analysis in five aspects: type,texture,color,shape,and matching,analyzed the structural characteristics of street tree vegetation in vertical and horizontal directions,refined the spatial elements of roads by using semantic analysis,calculated the apparent green rate of sample roads,and formed an overall understanding of Nanjing’s street tree landscape space.Awareness.3、Construct a comprehensive assessment system of street tree landscape.With the help of field survey,multi-source big data analysis,comprehensive network evaluation and other methods,the core elements and characteristics of street tree landscape are quantified,and the landscape evaluation factors are screened out through expert argumentation and public consultation,and a system model with five criteria such as natural attributes,ornamental value,ecological attributes,social value and ecological value is initially constructed by hierarchical analysis(AHP),and twenty-one index factors are determined and interpreted with weights.and weight interpretation,establish a five-level scoring system,form a comprehensive evaluation judgment matrix,and develop a result analysis of the evaluation factors,and propose the advantages and disadvantages to be noted in Nanjing street tree landscape renewal.4、Explore the optimization strategy and practice method of organic renewal theory in street tree landscape optimization.To propose a strategy for the organic renewal design of Nanjing street tree landscape,intervene in the design of points,lines and surfaces respectively,and develop a strategic response to five criteria levels,such as natural attributes,ornamental value,ecological attributes,social value and ecological value,and propose specific solutions.Taking Zhongshan Road in Nanjing as the practice object,we analyze the road traffic,historical development,surrounding resources,landscape elements and street space,understand the current situation of the base,collect consultation on the distribution of people using it,the scale,type and demand of activities,etc.,construct a landscape satisfaction method(KANO-IPA)model by relying on landscape evaluation indexes,and obtain people’s satisfaction scores on the landscape of Zhongshan Road street trees through visits and surveys.Through the survey,we obtained people’s satisfaction scores for the street tree landscape of Zhongshan Road,and established design goals and visions,and carried out targeted renewal at three specific nodes:commercial,functional and ornamental,presenting the realization of organic renewal theory on street tree landscape with specific design solutions.Through the study of Nanjing street tree landscape,this study provides an optimization strategy for the organic renewal of street tree landscape,provides a reference for the transformation design,and helps Nanjing urban construction organic renewal to achieve sustainable development. |
