Under the guidance of"double carbon"goals,the research on the energy saving reconstruction of existing farm houses has become an important subject of new rural construction in our country.At present,most domestic researches focus on the improvement of energy saving efficiency of rural houses,and there are relatively few researches on how to take into account energy saving and indoor thermal comfort of rural houses.Therefore,this thesis takes existing farm houses in Nantong area as the research object,adopts field investigation,field measurement,software simulation,orthogonal test and other methods to establish indoor adaptive thermal comfort model of farm houses in this area,analyzes the factors affecting indoor thermal comfort and energy consumption of farm houses,takes indoor thermal comfort as the premise and reduces the energy consumption of farm houses as the purpose.Put forward the best energy saving reconstruction scheme of existing farm house in Nantong area.This study has a certain guiding significance for the reconstruction of existing farm houses in this area.(1)Analysis of current situation and indoor thermal environment characteristics of rural houses.Firstly,the existing farm houses in Nantong were investigated on the spot,and the development status and energy use of existing farm houses were analyzed by questionnaire.In order to understand the characteristics of indoor thermal environment,five typical farm houses were selected for field measurement of indoor and outdoor thermal environment in winter and summer.The study found that the average indoor temperature in summer was higher than 30℃,and the average indoor temperature in winter was lower than 10℃,which was difficult to meet the comfort needs of villagers.It is urgent to take corresponding measures to improve the indoor thermal environment of farm house.(2)Analysis of indoor thermal comfort and adaptability of farm house.The present situation of indoor thermal comfort of farm house was studied by subjective questionnaire survey and field measurement.The results showed that more than 60%of the subjects thought that the indoor of farm house was not comfortable in winter and summer,which was consistent with the measured results of indoor thermal environment.The indoor thermal neutral temperature and acceptable comfort temperature range in winter and summer were calculated according to the MTS model.The indoor thermal neutral temperature in summer was 26.46℃,and the indoor thermal neutral temperature in winter was 15.67℃.The adaptive thermal comfort model of rural residents in Nantong was also established.(3)Analysis of factors affecting energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort of farm house.By means of software simulation and orthogonal experiment,the factors affecting indoor thermal comfort and energy consumption of rural houses were studied,and the primary and secondary relationships among the factors were discussed,and the energy-saving strategy and the best comprehensive energy-saving renovation scheme were put forward.The simulation results show that:When 50mm thick extruded polystyrene board is used for the external wall of the farm house,50mm thick polyurethane board is used for the roof,three layers of insulating glass is used for the external window,0.6m wide movable horizontal sunshade is adopted in the south direction,movable louver sunshade is adopted in the east direction,window-wall ratio in the south is 0.35,window-wall ratio in the north is 0.1,tiger window is added to the roof in the south and north direction,and sunshine room is set on both the first and second floors.The energy saving rate is 59.01%,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.(4)Design practice of energy saving renovation of farm house.Taking the typical farm house in Zhangzhuang village as an example,the best energy saving reconstruction scheme is applied to transform it.After the renovation,the annual indoor thermal comfort hours of rural residence increased by 145h,the indoor temperature in typical summer day decreased by 0.31℃,the indoor temperature in typical winter day increased by 7.07℃,the heating energy consumption per unit area decreased by36.85k Wh/m~2,the cooling energy consumption per unit area decreased by 5.64k Wh/m~2,the total energy saving rate was 57.41%.The estimated renovation cost is 78,700 yuan. |
