| In recent years,countries all over the world are facing the common pressure of energy and environment,and all walks of life are beginning to explore the development path of green and energy-saving.Studies have shown that the energy consumption of my country’s construction industry accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption of society,and the 13 th Five-Year Plan has raised energy conservation in buildings to a national level.Due to the large volume of rural housing in northern my country and the greater influence of regional economic and cultural factors,the progress of building energy-saving projects is relatively slow.Because of its high energy consumption and huge energy-saving potential,it has become an outstanding shortcoming for the full realization of building energy saving.The thesis takes rural houses in Jiyuan City,Henan Province as the research object,and uses subjective questionnaires,resident interviews and objective equipment tests to conduct in-depth investigations to comprehensively evaluate the current status of rural residential indoor thermal environment and energy consumption.The survey found that most of the rural residential building envelope in this area lacked thermal insulation structure,resulting in poor indoor thermal environment.The average temperature of the main room in winter is 4℃,and the average temperature of the main room in summer is as high as 29℃.There are indeed some problems: hot in summer and cold in winter,and artificial equipment must be used to improve the indoor thermal environment,resulting in high building energy consumption.The thesis is oriented to problem-solving,combined with factors such as local residents’ lifestyle,economic level and subjective feelings,and proposes energy-saving renovation measures from two aspects: optimizing the thermal performance of the envelope structure and improving natural ventilation in summer,and then explores energy-saving design schemes for new rural houses in the area.At the end of the thesis,a series of green energy-saving software is used to simulate and analyze the indoor natural ventilation,HVAC load and thermal comfort ratio of the new and old houses,and verify the improvement effect of the rural house renovation and the design of new houses. |
