| With the development of prefabricated structure and the proposal of architectural industrialization in China,the traditional form of architectural structure restricts the development of the construction industry.At present,the research on cold-formed thin-walled steel wall structure has been more mature at home and abroad,but it is mostly used as filled wall in building structure,and the research on seismic behavior and design method of steel frame-grouting light steel shear wall structure is still rare.In this paper,the seismic performance,main influencing factors and calculation methods of steel frame-grouted light steel shear wall structure are studied through experimental research,finite element analysis and theoretical analysis:(1)The horizontal low cyclic load tests of steel frame-grouted light steel shear wall structure,cold-formed thin-walled steel grouting wall and steel frame are carried out,and the bearing capacity,lateral stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation of the structure are obtained.The cooperative performance and energy dissipation mechanism between steel frame and grouted light steel shear wall are revealed.The results show that there is a good coupling effect between steel frame and grouted light steel shear wall,and the seismic performance of steel frame-grouted light steel shear wall structure is excellent.(2)The ductility coefficient of steel frame-grouting light steel shear wall structure reaches5.42,which meets the requirements of the building design code.The energy dissipation capacity of frame-shear structure is 267% higher than that of steel frame and cold-formed thin-walled steel grouting wall.On the basis of reliable connection between cold-formed thin-walled steel grouting wall and steel frame,the wall can play the role of shear wall.(3)On the basis of experimental research and assumption simplification,the finite element calculation model of steel frame-grouted light steel shear wall structure is established,and the reliability and correctness of the finite element modeling are verified by comparing with the test results.On this basis,the main factors affecting the seismic performance of steel frame-grouting light steel shear wall structure are analyzed.The results show that foam mortar strength,coldformed thin-walled steel wall thickness and steel frame steel strength have great influence on the seismic performance of the structure.Cold-formed thin-walled steel strength,vertical load and diagonal brace setting have little influence on the seismic performance of the structure.(4)On the basis of the existing research,the formulas for calculating the lateral stiffness and shear strength of steel frame-grouted light steel shear wall structure are derived by using the principle of equivalent tension-compression bar and shear flow analysis method.Compared with the experimental results,it is found that the error is less than 10%,and the design of steel framegrouted light steel shear wall structure is discussed and proposed. |
