| With the accelerated development of urbanisation, people are faced with greater work and life pressures and lack of exercise and exercise, leading to a high incidence of many chronic diseases. The forest trail environment is an important walking facility for recreationists in forest parks and is a vehicle for close contact between recreationists and the natural environment. It is important to study how to allow recreationists to recover psychologically while recreating in the forest trail environment. In this paper, three forest trails in the Jingyuetan National Forest Park were used as sample sites for research, and the restorative perception of the forest trail environment was divided into three different dimensions and different indicator factors.AHP hierarchical analysis was used to construct the index system and to evaluate the restorative perceptions. The analysis data was collated and entered into AMOS software to evaluate the restorative perception elements of the forest trail environment, the restorative evaluation, and the impact of the forest trail environment on the health benefits of recreationists.Ultimately an optimisation strategy is proposed for the Changchun Jingyuetan forest trail environment. The following results were obtained from this study.(1)Screening of the restorative perceptual elements of the three forest trail environments based on AHP hierarchical analysis. The restorative perception elements and restorative evaluation scores of the three forest trails were significantly different, but the order remained unchanged, from highest to lowest: forest trail near the ski resort(2.34)> forest trail near the Lotus Weeping Willow Garden(2.15)> forest trail in the small forest bathing area(1.94).(2)Based on SEM structural equation modeling, there was a significant positive correlation(p < 0.05)between the perceived restorative elements of the forest trail environment, restorative evaluation and the assessment of health benefits to recreationists. This indicates that the perceived restorative elements of the forest trail environment have a positive influence on the restorative evaluation, and also have a direct influence on the health benefits of recreationists, and the three have a certain correlation.(3)The path coefficients of the restorative impact model of the forest trail environment show that all three dimensions of the restorative perceptual factors of the forest trail environment have a positive impact on the restorative evaluation of recreationists. The strongest influence is on the forest trail environmental perceptiveness factor(0.309),followed by the artificiality factor(0.294)and finally the naturalness factor(0.274).The restorative evaluation had a significant positive effect on the assessment of health benefits for recreationists with a standardised path coefficient of 0.439.Based on the above findings, the three sample forest trail environments were divided by different surrounding environment types to optimise the different forest trail environments and to propose a general enhancement strategy suitable for the forest trail environment. |
