Research On Financial Risk Early Warning And Prevention Of Construction Enterprises

In recent years,influenced by national macroeconomic regulation policies,the construction industry has entered a low growth stage,and competition among peers has further intensified.Due to long-term accumulation,some systemic and non systemic risks have gradually triggered financial risks.More and more construction enterprises are experiencing cash flow shortages or even fund chain disruptions.In some parts of China,large-scale construction enterprises have successively gone bankrupt due to severe financial risks.In the current situation of increasing operational risks in the construction industry,if enterprises do not take timely precautions and respond,it is likely to lead to financial risks and even ultimately lead to bankruptcy.In order to monitor and prevent financial risks in real time,this article takes SZJS enterprise,a construction enterprise,as the research object.Based on the F score model,the improved F ’score model is applied to analyze and study the financial risk warning of SZJS enterprise.It is recommended that enterprises build a financial risk warning system in a timely manner to help them identify risks,avoid risks,control risks,and reduce unnecessary losses for the enterprise.Firstly,this article reviews and reviews the literature on financial risk warning both domestically and internationally,introducing relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,laying a theoretical foundation for SZJS enterprises to establish a financial risk warning system in the following text.Secondly,using case analysis method,a detailed analysis was conducted on the key financial indicators in the financial reports of SZJS Company from 2016 to 2021.It was found that there were significant changes in financial data and financial ratios,and the focus was on analyzing the financial risk status,influencing factors,and problems in risk warning of SZJS Company.This demonstrates the necessity of constructing a financial risk warning system.Once again,based on the characteristics of SZJS enterprise,conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on SZJS enterprise.Finally,based on the current financial risk situation of SZJS enterprise,reasonable suggestions are proposed to help SZJS enterprise build and improve its financial risk warning system,enhance its ability to participate in market competition and respond to risks,and promote SJZS to improve its current business situation and healthy development.Through research,this article believes that financial risks can have an impact on the healthy growth of enterprises.However,financial risks objectively exist and cannot be completely avoided.However,effective ways can be used to control their adverse effects.Enterprises should attach importance to the financial risks they face,strengthen financial risk management,enhance the ability to identify financial risks,establish awareness of risk prevention and control,build targeted risk warning systems,improve risk control systems,and ensure the healthy and sustainable growth of enterprises.The financial environment and performance of financial risks vary among different industries.Enterprises should use existing risk identification and evaluation methods,qualitative and quantitative research methods,to identify and effectively respond to financial risks in a timely manner in their production and operation,and adopt targeted risk control measures.If necessary,various risk control measures can be carried out with the assistance of professional institutions and personnel,Effectively reduce financial risks.In summary,SZJS Company’s financial risk identification,assessment,and prevention suggestions have certain reference significance for other construction enterprises.
