Historical buildings are not only an important carrier of a city’s material civilization and spiritual civilization,but also the spiritual home for the people’s survival.In the context of the country’s increasing attention to the protection and inheritance of historical buildings,how to better protect and inherit the historical architectural heritage,revitalize the vitality and vitality of historical buildings,more need the participation of diverse subjects in society.Therefore,it has become inevitable for multiple subjects to participate in the archiving and protection of historical buildings.As the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Nanning has rich historical and cultural resources and historical architectural heritage,and it is imperative to carry out survey,mapping and archiving of historical buildings in Nanning.At present,led by the Nanning Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources,relevant departments are actively exploring new ideas and new paths for the archiving of historical buildings.Under the strong leadership and active guidance of Nanning Natural Resources Bureau,enterprises,social organizations and ordinary citizens have begun to participate in the documentation of historical buildings in Nanning,and give full play to their respective advantages to jointly promote the scientific,orderly and efficient development of the historical building archiving work in Nanning.Due to the collaborative participation of multiple subjects,the archiving of historical buildings in Nanning presents the characteristics of the leading participation of the government,the cooperative participation of enterprises,the exploratory participation of social organizations and the assisted participation of ordinary citizens,and has achieved the results of detailed implementation of the filing and protection of historical buildings in Nanning,comprehensive and specific content and proper control of the archiving process.However,due to the existence of problems such as the lack of sound guarantee mechanism for the participation of multiple subjects in the archiving of historical buildings in Nanning,the lack of smooth participation channels,and the relatively weak awareness of public participation,the effect of multiple subjects participating in the archiving of historical buildings in Nanning has been affected.Therefore,on the basis of the field research on the first and second batches of historical buildings protection lists in Nanning,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems that arise: firstly,improve the guarantee mechanism for multi-subject participation,improve the laws and regulations and policies for multi-subject participation and the capital investment to ensure multi-subject participation through multiple channels,and increase the construction of talent teams with multi-subject participation.Secondly,to broaden the channels for the participation of multiple subjects,it is necessary to build an official platform for the protection of historic buildings,improve the public hearing system in combination with modern technology,and also build various forms of online participation to facilitate the participation of multiple subjects.Thirdly,improve the public’s awareness of participation through multiple channels,use new media to vigorously publicize the archiving of historical buildings and increase the training of historical building archiving,and improve the incentive measures for public participation.
