Research On Community-based Renewal Design Of Qingdao Mountain Park

Under the background of urbanization,harmonious community and community building,the mountain community park,as an important supporting space in the residential area,provides residents with important spaces for daily leisure,entertainment,play and interaction.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,the process of communityization of mountain parks has not kept up,and there are problems such as incomplete infrastructure,lack of landscape facilities,single spatial functions,and ecological damage,resulting in the decline of residents’ living experience,seriously damaging residents’ sense of daily life experience,and the communityization of mountain parks is in urgent need of renewal.This paper cuts through the perspective of communityization,from the five aspects of people,culture,land,production and scenery of community construction,and guides it from the four aspects of humanization,compounding,ecology and intelligence,so as to find a community-based construction method of mountain parks suitable for residents’ daily life experience and build a harmonious city.First of all,through the collation of literature,summarizing the development process of mountain park communityization at home and abroad,it is found that due to the early start of urbanization abroad,the community-based transformation of mountain parks is relatively perfect,and the basic service facilities,ecology,space,etc.of the entire site have a relatively complete theory and framework support,while the domestic urbanization process started late,and the transformation of mountain parks is relatively lacking in theory and practice,and the innovation in communityization has a low degree of integration with the community.There is a certain gap with the communityization of mountain parks abroad.Secondly,the concept of communityization is studied in depth from theory and practice,and the guidance it can provide for mountain parks is explored.This paper focuses on the community building system,using field investigation method and comparative analysis method to select eight surrounding communities in Qingdao with similar types,populations,topography and landforms,and conducts research in the mountain area park of Qingdao Mountain Park Renovation Project,which is divided into hard analysis and soft analysis.The first hard analysis is mainly to analyze the physical environment of the mountain park,analyze its basic facilities,space,ecology and intelligence,and summarize its shortcomings in this regard.On the other hand,from the soft user groups,align and classify,summarize their behavior and psychological characteristics,and dig deeper into their needs through interviews,questionnaires and other forms.Finally,according to the research results of humanization,compounding,ecology and intelligence,the corresponding design strategy is proposed,a sound basic service facility is built,a complex multi-functional space is built,a complete ecological circulation system is built,and the intelligent level of the site is improved.This strategy is used to select Qingdao Loushan Park as the design practice to verify the optimization method of the community-based mountain park.
