Through investigation of former literature and practice,the structure of urban communitity is concluded into three dimensions:institutional,psychological,and spatial.The concept of compositely-opened community is raised accordingly,referring to the three dimensions of openness it contains.Following this structure,housing cooperatives of Zurich,Switzerland,as well as its renownded case More Than Housing are inpected and induced for key points of their success.Further on,the social premise of housing cooperatives of Zurich is discussed,in comparision with the social basis of China.Finally,the stratigies in dimensions of institution,psychology and space are raised and detailed measures are proposed in vision of building compositely-opend communities in China. |
