As an important component of clean energy,biomass energy has great potential and prospects.However,to realize the efficient utilization of biomass energy,several technical problems and link problems need to be solved.Among them,the optimization improvement of biomass warm air furnace control system is an important direction,because the current singleloop PID control system has problems such as low steady-state accuracy,poor anti-interference capability and dynamic performance.To address these problems,this paper proposes a fuzzy adaptive internal-mode PID-based series control scheme.The scheme aims to improve the control efficiency and performance of the biomass warm air furnace to achieve efficient utilization of biomass energy.Among them,the fuzzy adaptive internal-mode PID controller can adjust the PID parameters adaptively according to the changes of the current control object,thus improving the accuracy and stability of the control system.In addition,the cascade control scheme can improve the dynamic performance and anti-interference capability of the system by dividing the control system into layers and levels.In order to implement the scheme,this paper will work on the following aspects.First,the structure of biomass warm air furnace,the workflow,the problems of biomass combustion process and the task requirements of combustion control system are briefly introduced.And based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the combustion control system of the biomass warm air furnace,the least squares method is used to obtain the mathematical model parameters of the controlled object.In addition,the original loop structure of the combustion control system is optimized to improve the dynamic performance of the system.Secondly,in order to further improve the performance of the control system,a master controller with three advantages of high accuracy of PID,following of internal mode and adaptability of fuzzy controller,i.e.,fuzzy adaptive internal mode PID,is designed.Again,the dynamic simulation model of the biomass warm air furnace temperature control system is established on Simulink.To ensure that the simulation comparison experiment of the control system has reference significance,the controller parameter tuning needs to be completed with the standard particle swarm seeking algorithm.In the simulation comparison experiment,the rationality of the control loop and controller design is verified.Then,the physical production of the biomass warm air furnace control system is completed through the equipment(fan,sensor,etc.)selection,circuit design and software programming of the biomass warm air furnace.Finally,the system operation test of the biomass warm air furnace is carried out on the built test platform to verify its actual effect and whether it meets the design requirements.
