| Under the background of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking,this paper analyzes the current low carbon dilemma,and summarizes the low carbon dilemma from macro to micro scale,from material to spiritual level,from the aspects of various system guarantee construction and policy support in cities,to the lack and immaturity of the existing low carbon infrastructure system in communities,to the contradiction between traditional residential buildings and photovoltaic materials and technology due to their historical and cultural characteristics.In the face of the current low-carbon dilemma,strategies have been proposed to strengthen policy guarantees and encourage technological innovation,organically combine traditional street renewal with photovoltaic utilization technology,and continuously promote renovation practices tailored to building conditions,providing new perspectives for the continuous updating of photovoltaic integrated design in traditional residential buildings.This article has conducted extensive exploration and research in continuously promoting the renovation practice of building adaptation.Among them,the "ERA" update method is constructed,and the method application and update practice are carried out with Liu Zhenhe’s homestead as the renovation object.The "ERA" update method first evaluates and classifies the renovation objects at two levels to determine whether the building is undergoing renovation and the intensity of the renovation;Secondly,refine the evaluation and classification results,conduct in-depth analysis of the renovation objects,and then propose design strategies for how to renovate the building;Finally,conduct quantitative simulation of the renovated building and evaluate its photovoltaic potential. |
