Under the huge challenges of global energy conservation,emission reduction,and energy security,the development of renewable energy has become an important means of promoting economic transformation in the post-crisis era and developing a low-carbon economy.Solar energy,as a renewable energy source,has gradually become the main body of the world’s energy supply due to its safety,renewable and widely distributed characteristics,and solar photovoltaic power generation has become one of the important ways to use solar energy.The integration of buildings and photovoltaic systems is the main energy-saving building Direction of development.However,public buildings rank first among all types of buildings in terms of total energy consumption,total energy consumption growth rate,and energy intensity per unit area.The reduction of energy consumption in public buildings operation is an important task in the current building energy conservation work.Realizing the integration of photovoltaic buildings in the green transformation of existing public buildings can form a beneficial supplement to the power supply capacity of buildings.On the basis of improving indoor health and comfort,improve the energy efficiency of existing public buildings,reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce energy Consumption.Therefore,this article evaluates the integration benefits of the existing public buildings’ green retrofit photovoltaic building integration projects with the goals of good economic benefits,high efficiency of energy saving and consumption reduction,and good indoor health and comfort.Based on the research and analysis of the related concepts and theories of the integration of photovoltaic buildings in the green renovation of existing public buildings,this paper clarifies the basic attributes and characteristics of the evaluation objects,from economic benefits,functional quality,indoor health and comfort,energy utilization benefits,and ecological value.Dimension has established a quantitative evaluation model,and then through the construction of an integrated benefit evaluation index system for theintegration of photovoltaic buildings in the green renovation of existing public buildings,the extension evaluation model is used for integrated benefit evaluation.Take the Smart Energy Demonstration Project of the State Power Investment Corporation Headquarters as an example.First,use PVsyst software to simulate the annual power generation capacity of the photovoltaic system.The annual average power generation capacity of the photovoltaic system on the roof and fa?ade of the project is calculated to be about 28.83 k Wh;secondly,De ST and The Design Builder green building analysis software performs dynamic simulations of energy consumption and indoor health and comfort.The simulation results show that the annual energy consumption of lighting,equipment,and air conditioning of the project is about 426.27 k Wh.The overall energy saving rate after the green renovation of the building is 15.26%.In summer,the indoor temperature of the south room dropped by 5℃-8℃,and the indoor illuminance dropped below 2000 Lux,which improved the indoor light and thermal comfort.Finally,the extension evaluation model was used to quantify the integration benefits of the project.The evaluation results show that the integrated benefit level of the Smart Energy Demonstration Project in the State Power Investment Headquarters Building is "very good",the economic benefit and functional quality level in the single-factor evaluation is "very good",and the indoor health and comfort level is "good".Both the utilization efficiency and ecological value evaluation grades are "fair".This article has a certain general applicability to the evaluation method of the integration of photovoltaic buildings in the green renovation of existing public buildings.It aims to promote the green renovation of existing public buildings,promote the high-quality development of the construction industry,and meet the people’s demand for high-quality green building products.
