At present,my country’s auto industry is in the ascendant,and the major domestic auto manufacturers are constantly enhancing their strengths in vehicle research and development,vehicle quality,etc.,constantly enriching auto products and subdividing auto fields to meet the differentiated needs of consumers.With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous increase in the disposable income of residents,the number of cars in China has increased year by year,and cars have entered Chinese households.With 15 million vehicles,China is now the world’s largest single car market.The prosperity and prosperity of China’s automobile market also means that in this red sea,automobile manufacturers need to continuously improve their own strength and occupy an advantageous competitive position.Supply chain management is an important link and foundation among many elements that constitute a competitive advantage.In a diversified product line,the reduction of common parts and the demand for differentiated parts have led to an increase in the number of parts procurement and the scale of suppliers,so how to build an efficient supply chain management system and high-quality supplier management becomes more and more important.According to the analysis and summary of the financial report disclosure of my country’s automobile manufacturers,it can be known that many automobile manufacturers in my country have not yet established a scientific and mature management system and system in the selection and management of suppliers.,The promotion of synergy in automobile research and development is low,and there is no good integration effect.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the management of suppliers,and it must be placed in an important position in the business decision-making and supply chain management of enterprises.From the perspective of improving the integration and synergy ability of automobile production through the management of suppliers,this thesis takes Great Wall Motor Manufacturing Company,a representative enterprise of my country’s automobile industry,as the research object,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on the current situation of supplier management and the management concept model.Explore the shortcomings and problems of Great Wall Company in supplier management,and put forward effective and operational countermeasures on this basis.The text structure and research results of this thesis are reflected in the following aspects.First of all,this thesis clearly defines the concepts and connotations of supply chain management and supplier management,introduces the theory of supply chain collaboration and channel cooperation,and provides a theoretical basis for this thesis to deeply study the problem of optimizing supplier management and optimizing management thesis.Secondly,this thesis uses the case analysis method to study the Great Wall Motor Company as a case,to understand and investigate its current production and operation conditions and the reality of supplier management,find out the problems,and analyze the causes of the problems.Thirdly,according to the problems in the supplier management of Great Wall Company found in the previous article,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is used to evaluate the suppliers of Great Wall Company.The method is to establish an evaluation model through five dimensions of enterprise operation capability,product cost,product quality,enterprise delivery capability and technical level.Finally,through the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis fully absorbs the lessons and advanced experience and management achievements of related companies in supplier management and combines with the management practice of Great Wall Company,optimizes supply chain management and supplier management,and finally improves Great Wall.Company supply chain and supplier synergy.
