| Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia(now renamed novel coronavirus infection)in the world in 2020,"health" has become one of the main concerns of all mankind.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council issued the Outline of "Healthy China 2030".It points out that "Joint contribution and shared benefits for all people’s health" is the strategic theme of "healthy China",and strives to realize the goal of "people’s health" and "sports power".Chongqing Mountain City Trail is a unique walking system in Chongqing.It is a space frequently used by citizens in daily life,travel,recreation and other activities,as well as a key object in the current main urban area of Chongqing.A good mountain city trail environment can also promote the formation of a healthy lifestyle and increase the frequency of citizens’ contact with nature and neighborhood communication.At present,with the promotion of urbanization and motorization in China,the urban population is increasing year by year,which leads to the decrease of urban public space,the lack of public places and public facilities for citizens’ activities or the existence of safety risks,and the daily travel is more dependent on transportation,and the physical and mental health problems of urban residents are becoming more and more prominent.This thesis takes the healthy walking road slope in the main urban area of Chongqing as an example to explore the influencing factors of the slope of the healthy walking road surface on human health,and summarizes its evaluation indexes and design strategies,in order to promote the healthy development of the mountain urban walking road similar to Chongqing.From the perspective of landscape architecture planning and design,this study analyzed and summarized the status quo of Chongqing mountain City trails and users’ demands for walking activities by conducting a survey and questionnaire survey on three types of mountain city trails in Chongqing.The evaluation standard index of "3+2" degree walking efficacy of mountain city walking road slope and reference evaluation standard index of "3+2" degree walking efficacy of all kinds of mountain city walking road slope are obtained,and the corresponding design strategy of mountain city walking road surface slope is constructed.The main research results are as follows:(1)It strengthens the basic theoretical research on the combination of mountain city trail landscape design and health,expands the research field of mountain city trail health,and provides practical guidance and paths for the promotion of Chongqing Healthy China and the construction of mountain city trail landscape.(2)Through literature review,expert consultation and current situation investigation,based on the evaluation standard indexes of the walking efficiency of park walking trails proposed by Wang Nan,Wei Weixuan and Liu Binyi,combined with the results of field investigation and questionnaire survey,the evaluation indexes and quantitative factors of the 5-degree walking efficiency of the hill city walking slope were established,and the main walking activities were identified as slow walking,fast walking and jogging.To establish the "3+2" degree walking efficacy evaluation standard index of mountain city walking road slope,and the establishment of all kinds of mountain city walking road slope "3+2" degree walking efficacy reference evaluation standard index.(3)According to the reference evaluation standard index of "3+2" degree walking efficiency of all kinds of healthy walking road slope in mountain city,the design strategy of healthy walking road surface in mountain city is constructed,and the detailed design strategy is proposed focusing on slope type,the influence of different slopes on pedestrian activities,the method of shaping road slope space and the interface of road slope bottom. |
