With the rapid development of my country’s economy and transportation,the mileage of road maintenance continues to increase.In order to alleviate the increasing waste of asphalt mixture,regeneration technology has emerged;a large amount of toxic and harmful gases will be generated during the paving process of the road surface,which is harmful to the environment and The warm mix regeneration technology is an effective means to solve this problem.If warm mix and regeneration are combined,the pressure of road surface maintenance can be effectively relieved and the effect of green environmental protection can be achieved.In this thesis,plant asphalt was used as raw material to develop a warm mix regenerant,and the performance of warm mix regenerant,warm mix recycled asphalt binder and warm mix recycled asphalt mixture were studied,and the following main conclusions were drawn:(1)This thesis optimizes the raw materials,and finally selects plant asphalt,naphthenic rubber oil,epoxidized soybean oil and oleic acid diethanolamide as the basic components of warm mix regenerant WL-3,and obtains warm mix regenerant WL-3 The formula of plant asphalt,naphthenic rubber oil,epoxidized soybean oil and oleic acid diethanolamide accounted for 49.04%,11.22%,9.5%,30.24%of the total mass respectively,and determined the preparation of warm mix regenerant WL-3 craft.(2)The conventional performance,thermogravimetry,thermal stability and microscopic characteristics of the developed warm mix regenerant WL-3 were studied.The DSC curve of WL-3 is more gentle,the enthalpy change is smaller,and the weight loss temperature range High,no impact on construction,strong thermal stability,stable infrared characteristics,WL-3 components are relatively complex.(3)70~#matrix asphalt,aged asphalt,WL-3 temperature The general performance,high and low temperature rheological properties,microscopic properties,and water stability of mixed recycled asphalt were studied.The results show that WL-3 can effectively regenerate the aged asphalt,recover the rheological properties of medium and high temperature better,improve the fatigue life of the aged asphalt,and at the same time effectively restore the ductility at low temperature;the results of infrared microscopy show that WL-3 Supplements the light components missing from aged asphalt,reducing the content of sulfone groups,sulfoxide groups,and carbonyl groups;the surface energy test results show that WL-3 can effectively increase the surface free energy of aged asphalt,and improve the asphalt-aggregate The water stability of the compound enhances the adhesion of aged asphalt;the optimum dosage of WL-3 is 7.5%based on comprehensive tests.(4)Using AC-20 to synthesize gradation,carry out mix ratio design to determine the optimal asphalt ratio is 4.1%,through experiments,it is confirmed that WL-3 can reduce the mixing temperature by about 17°C,and the ratio of 30%and 40%RAP The high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance and water stability of WL-3warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture were studied.The results showed that the high-low temperature performance and water stability of warm-mix recycled asphalt met the specification requirements,and the overall strength of the asphalt mixture was improved.
