| Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of economic globalization and network technology,the competition among countries,enterprises and enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,how to evaluate the situation and adjust the competitive strategy has become the key to restrict the sustainable development of construction machinery enterprises.Therefore,adopting the differentiated competition strategy is the strategic orientation of most machinery and equipment enterprises.LSH Machinery and Equipment Company proposed the differentiated competition strategy several years ago,but with the rise of domestic brands and the entry of a large number of foreign brands,the company is facing huge pressure of market competition.Meanwhile,there are still many problems in the implementation process.LSH Machinery Equipment company must optimize the existing differentiation competitive strategy,redesign the reasonable differentiation competitive strategy,so as to maintain the core competitiveness and profitability in the fierce market competition.Based on the theory of competitive strategy,this paper reviews the status quo of the implementation of differentiated competitive strategy of LSH Machinery and Equipment Company,and then analyzes the internal and external competitive environment of the company by using PEST analysis methods to determine the main factors affecting the implementation of differentiated competitive strategy at present.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation index system of LSH company’s competitiveness was constructed through literature review and expert inquiry.Experts were invited to score the four aspects of products,services,cultural construction and marketing as well as the detailed influencing factors.Finally,the differentiated competitiveness score of the company was 81.50,which has certain competitive advantages,but there are still some problems.Then,based on the problems found,a specific differentiation optimization scheme design is proposed,and the implementation guarantee is proposed from the five aspects of enterprise system,executive force of management,human resources,financial management and dynamic management,to ensure the implementation of the differentiation competition strategy optimization scheme of LSH Machinery Equipment Company.This paper mainly constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to study the optimization of differentiation competitive strategy of LSH Machinery Equipment Company,which helps the company timely adjust the differentiation competitive strategy,further adapt to the new competitive environment,improve its differentiation competitive advantage,and continuously occupy more market shares. |
