Energy is an important material basis for national economic development,and highquality economic development must rely on high-quality and high-efficiency energy supply.At the same time,the national strategy of "carbon-peaking and carbon-neutral" has been proposed,and a new round of energy revolution,marked by the large-scale development and utilization of new energy resources and re-electrification as the fundamental path,is developing deeply nationwide.The power grid connects energy production and consumption,is the network hub for energy transmission and conversion,and is also the central link of the energy revolution.It is an inevitable trend for the grid development to build a new generation of power system and to adopt a wide-area,ubiquitous,open and shared energy internet model that integrates multi-energy conversion technology,intelligent control technology and modern information technology.Smart substation is an indispensable part of smart grid development,and its design and functional application can directly promote the green development and intelligent upgrade of power system and guarantee the security of energy supply.Therefore,it is important to study the design and application of smart substations at this stage.The main task of this thesis is to complete the design of 220 k V intelligent substation,carry out engineering tests,and study the establishment of intelligent application functions.In this paper,we firstly design and study the primary system of 220 k V intelligent substation in a proposed 220 k V intelligent substation in a certain area as an example.Firstly,the access system of this target project is demonstrated,the system current is simulated and calibrated using power system analysis software,and the equipment selection,electrical main wiring and general layout are completed on the basis of short-circuit current calculation.Secondly,on the basis of comparing the difference between smart stations and conventional stations,the 220 k V smart station relay protection is configured.At the same time,according to the automation system structure of intelligent substation,combined with the example of 220 k V intelligent substation,the design study of automation system,dispatching automation system and system communication scheme of this intelligent station,and the corresponding definition of information model and unified specification based on IEC 61850,to realize the "interconnection" of information of intelligent substation."The design of primary and secondary systems will be completed.After completing the design of primary and secondary systems,engineering tests and analyses are carried out on smart substations,including testing of combined units,intelligent terminals and relay protection systems.At the same time,in order to take into account the study of common problems in the application of smart components after the smart station is put into operation,a case of component fault analysis and treatment of a 220 k V smart station is cited,reflecting to some extent the superiority of smart substations in operation and maintenance management.Finally,the intelligent application of 220 k V substation is studied,and the intelligent station primary equipment status monitoring function,one-key smooth control function,automatic inspection function,etc.are built,and the design scheme with engineering practice significance is proposed,which is an important guidance for the design,operation and maintenance of 220 k V intelligent station and the establishment of intelligent function platform.
