Landscape Planning Of Dongganzhang Village In Hohhot City

The year 2022 is a crucial year for the comprehensive promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,and its importance is evident as the Party listed it as one of the major development strategies for realizing the socialist modernization process in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee.The countryside is not only the area where villagers live and produce their daily lives,but also the core practice place for rural revitalization.With the vigorous support of the Party and the State,rural development has burst out with new vitality,but new problems keep arising in the process of rural construction,such as:(1)The scene of a thousand villages appearing one after another,losing the unique cultural connotation and traditional customs of the village,and missing the opportunity to build their own tourism development brand.(2)The process of rural landscape planning and transformation is out of touch with the actual needs of the villagers and does not effectively change the inconvenience of the villagers’lives.(3)Villages face ecological security problems,and rural development shows unsustainability.This thesis takes Dongganzhang Village in Hohhot City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the object of planning and transformation.Located in the eastern suburbs 37 km from the city,Dongganzhang Village is an administrative village under the jurisdiction of Yulin Town in the Saihun District of Hohhot City and one of the eight revolutionary old-area villages in Yulin Town.This study plans to renovate the village settlement and its surrounding environment for a total of 24.815hm~2.(1)In this thesis,a preliminary judgment of the site was made in the form of fieldwork and questionnaires,and then,by studying relevant literature and understanding the current status of domestic and international research,five requirements were identified for Dongganzhang village to achieve in the process of landscape planning and transformation:improving infrastructure,inheriting the local and rural appearance,protecting ecological environment,insisting on industrial priority,and creating tourist special attractions.(2)Case studies were conducted on five sites with good development momentum of rural tourism,namely,Naobao Village,Dayao Village,Shuimo Village,as well as Beidouxi Town in Hunan Province and MOKUMOKU Farm in Japan.Reinterpreting the rural revitalization strategy,the concept of integration of the three lives,the theory of sustainable development,and the application of poetry and painting in rural construction,it is concluded that:rural revitalization requires unified planning of resources within the village and sustainable development and utilization of landscape resources in Dongganzhang Village.When transforming the living landscape,production landscape and ecological landscape in the village,we should achieve the integration of scenery and production,give priority to ecology,inherit the rural appearance and make integrated planning.(3)According to the feedback from the villagers’questionnaires and the above planning principles,we decided that Dongganzhang Village should take the theme of"Peach Bliss"and redistribute the village space to create a planning pattern of"one village,three scenes and five gardens".Relying on the surrounding good ecological environment resources,the development of B&B,vacation,rural cultural experience,agricultural sightseeing and picking,self-driving camping as the main suburbs of Hohhot City unique characteristics of"homestay+farmhouse"rural tourism.
