Study On Growth Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of Antu Bio

In the past two years,the new crown epidemic has ravaged the world and the health care market landscape has undergone profound changes.The new crown epidemic has brought new development opportunities to the development of in vitro diagnostic industry.More than 50% of the global medical decisions belong to in vitro diagnostics,and the development of in vitro diagnostics industry has attracted much attention from all over the world.At the same time,the 19 th National Congress of the Party proposed the "Implementation of Health China Strategy",which has pointed out the direction for the development of China’s health industry.As an important strategic emerging industry in China,in vitro diagnostic industry has become one of the most promising fields in China against the background of huge population base and aging.Chinese in-vitro diagnostic companies have encountered many challenges while ushering in new development opportunities.For this reason,it is especially important to investigate the growth of Chinese in vitro diagnostic companies.This paper selects Anto Bio as the research object,and at the beginning of the study,we have combed through the literature on the concept of growth,factors affecting growth and evaluation methods,and initially analyzed the current business situation of Anto Bio.Secondly,through the discussion of Anto Bio’s corporate profile and internal and external environment,the analysis concluded that the factors affecting Anto Bio’s growth include financial factors such as solvency,operating capacity,profitability and development capacity,as well as non-financial factors such as enterprise size and innovation capacity.Again,in order to make a better evaluation of Anto Bio’s growth and find out the problems,this paper selects factor analysis to evaluate Anto Bio’s growth: 52 companies in the industry are selected as references,and the growth evaluation system of Anto Bio is constructed,and the ranking of each ability and comprehensive ability of Anto Bio is calculated.Then,we selected the top-ranked company in terms of overall ability,Rising Bio,and the similar-sized company,Kepu Bio,to make a horizontal comparison with Anto Bio,and concluded that the profitability,solvency,operation,development and innovation ability would affect the growth of Anto Bio.Finally,based on the above analysis,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to address the current problems of Antu Bio.The research in this paper is of guiding significance in solving the problems in the development of Antu Bio and promoting the growth of Antu Bio,and also has certain significance for other companies in the in vitro diagnostic industry to improve their own growth.
