| With the gradual expansion of the application scope of digital intelligence technology in social life,big data,AI,5G and other new technologies have begun to be used by more and more industries.In addition,China has emphasized the promotion of digital intelligence development in the "14th Five-Year Plan",and also launched relevant policies to help enterprises carry out digital intelligence transformation and upgrading.Entrepreneurs are also beginning to think about ways to use digital intelligence to improve business performance.The whole vehicle manufacturing industry,as a pillar industry to promote the development of the national economy,after experiencing the automobile winter period and the resistance of trade protection policies,facing the double attack of high-tech enterprises and new automobile manufacturing forces,the whole vehicle manufacturing enterprises have begun to adapt to the wave of digital intelligence and carry out the strategic transformation of digital intelligence.Great Wall Motor,as a leader in China’s vehicle manufacturing industry,decisively announced the comprehensive digital-intelligence strategic transformation in 2019 under the pressure of internal and external factors such as declining performance,outdated management mode and industrial upgrading promoted by the Internet.Based on the Great Wall as the research object,probe into its strategic transformation in several intellectualization background of influence on enterprise performance,the whole research process is composed of six chapters,first of all,the research background and significance of the article shows that sorted out and the argument of scholars both at home and abroad,secondly,in the process reengineering theory,contingency theory and the theory of value creation,Explore several intellectualization strategy transformation mechanism of enterprise performance,through to the Great Wall after each stage of strategic analysis,found that Great Wall through the use of cloud computing,the digital factory and the number of data to predict and intellectualization technology,can achieve lower costs,improve the efficiency of information transfer and production and innovation management architecture such as the goal,thus influence enterprise performance.Next,the event study method and entropy method are used to establish the evaluation system from the short-term and long-term dimensions,and the impact of the transformation of Great Wall Motor on the performance is comprehensively analyzed at the internal and industrial levels.Finally,the research is summarized and the existing problems are pointed out and relevant suggestions are given,hoping to provide some reference for the transformation of other enterprises.According to the research findings,digital-intelligence strategic transformation can indeed improve enterprise performance in the long run,but the effect on the improvement of revenue cannot be seen in the short term,which has a certain lag;However,digital intelligence is not the master key of enterprise customs clearance,but also need to complement with market development strategies;Transformation is not a simple platform building and technology introduction,but requires the enterprise to empower and upgrade from the inside out,so that enterprise members can have digitally intelligent thinking and means to stand at the forefront of the industry for a long time.At the same time,since the transformation of Great Wall Motor has just begun,many achievements have not yet emerged,and some internal data are difficult to obtain,so this paper still has shortcomings. |
