To develop the economy, electric power must first. Electricity is the basis of economic and social development. Reliable power grid security is inseparable from the development of a region, with the rapid development of the economy of our country, the existing power grid has been unable to meet the growing demand for electricity, the pace of power engineering construction also in constant speed up, the scale of investment is more and more big, based on this background, for the evaluation on the economic benefits of the power transmission project is more and more important, through the economic benefit of the project score and analysis of price can maximum reduce investment risk and to improve the efficiency of the economy, will continue to strengthen the scientific decision-making.This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of research on economic evaluation of power transmission project, and the related theoretical basis of China's transportation economic benefit evaluation of substation project, focusing on Evaluation of economic benefit are discussed; secondly, to Benxi where 66 KV power transmission project as an example, finishing all aspects of material collection on the basis of the investigation, introduces the necessity of project construction and the system of regional power grid, based on the specific conditions of project to establish the project economic benefit evaluation index system, and the evaluation index are introduced in detail; thirdly, a detailed analysis based on the financial indexes of the project completion and pre operation data of the project, calculate and sort out the project's cash flow statement, the total cost, profit and profit distribution statement and negative assets Debt list. On the basis of the financial index and calculation of the data, to Benxi hejia 66 KV power transmission project economic benefit index of calculation and analysis, and through comparing with the industry benchmark, we conclude that, the economic benefit indexes of the project are better than the industry benchmark.Finally, using the entropy weight method to determine the index weight, so as to achieve the weight of the combination of subjective and objective, and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation model of the project and make evaluation. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results are good. The results show that the expansion and reconstruction project of Benxi power grid has brought good economic and social benefits for the region. Greatly promote the regional economic development, but also show that the project to establish a scientific and rational evaluation index system, the appropriate evaluation method. But due to the economic benefits evaluation of power transmission and transformation project is relatively less, this research also has many deficiencies, I hope the research of the power transmission project construction to provide some reference.
