Research On The Impact Of FAW Jie Fang’s Digital Transformation On Enterprise Performance

In today’s era,the Internet and information technology are developing rapidly.Since 2020,the country has continuously increased its investment in new digital facilities such as the Internet and 5G.These are all efforts made by the country to improve the level of digital economy development.Nowadays,the digital economy has become an important component of industrial structure reform,leading the direction of innovation and development in China.The current global industry pattern adjustment has never been interrupted,and Chinese enterprises should seize the opportunities for the development of the digital economy.In this period of rapid development of the global digital economy,how to make good use of the digital economy to promote economic development is an important economic strategic issue facing countries at present.Therefore,in order to develop China’s overall economy,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on how the digital economy affects corporate performance and value.Based on the above background,this paper selects FAW Jiefang Company,known as the son of CRRC,as the research object.FAW Jiefang Company follows current events closely.In order to enhance enterprise value and achieve new revenue growth points,FAW Jiefang is constantly exploring in all aspects,carrying out Digital transformation and upgrading.The research content of this article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the background of the topic selection,research significance,and relevant literature at home and abroad;The second part introduces relevant concepts,theoretical foundations,and the development background of digitization;The third part introduces the Digital transformation of FAW Jiefang Company,including its industry situation,company profile,Digital transformation process and principles,and Digital transformation degree,Analyze the financial performance of FAW Jiefang Company before and after the transformation,comprehensively reflecting the company’s financial information,and select non-financial indicators from 2017 to 2021 to analyze the non-financial performance of FAW Jiefang Company;The fifth part proposes countermeasures and suggestions for improving corporate performance in response to the current situation of FAW Jiefang Company;The sixth part summarizes and looks forward to the entire article,and finds that digitalization of enterprises can help improve their performance and value.It is hoped that the research in this paper can further enrich the relevant theories on the impact of Digital transformation on enterprise performance on the basis of existing research,and provide some valuable references for other enterprises in Digital transformation.
