| In recent years, with the rapid urbanization and the frequent occurrence of global climate extremes, the risk of urban flooding has become more and more probable and causes more and more damage. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out urban flood hazard assessment studies to improve the current situation of flooding and to provide a basis for effective disaster prevention and mitigation efforts.Because of its unique geographical location and climatic conditions,Zhengzhou City is prone to frequent floods, some of which are very destructive and have become one of the major problems limiting the development of Zhengzhou. How to prevent flooding in advance and reduce the damage caused by flooding to Zhengzhou is the main scientific and application problem. This paper takes the main urban area of Zhengzhou as the research object, combines the urban flooding influence factors based on the existing regional flood evaluation model, considers the system as a whole, and constructs an urban The theoretical framework of flood risk assessment is constructed, and GIS and gray correlation-Topsis method are used to conduct a comprehensive flood risk evaluation and analysis of the main urban area of Zhengzhou from two aspects of spatial and administrative units, respectively. The main findings of the paper are:(1)Spatially,in terms of risk factors, the overall flood risk factors in Zhengzhou city show a gradual increase from north to south, with high risk areas mainly distributed in Erqi district and Guancheng Huizu district, while Huizi district has less flood risk;in terms of sensitive factors, low sensitive areas are distributed in the southwest and northwest corner of the main urban area of Zhengzhou city and other areas of the main urban area of Zhengzhou city are mostly medium to high In terms of susceptibility factors, the susceptible areas in the main urban area of Zhengzhou gradually change from high susceptibility to low susceptibility from the central area outward, with high susceptibility mainly concentrated in some areas such as Jinshui District;in terms of urban spatial factors, the urban spatial factors in the main urban area of Zhengzhou gradually change from high urban spatial factors to low urban spatial factors from the central area outward, with high urban spatial factors mainly concentrated in the In terms of overall flooding risk, the distribution of urban flooding risk in Zhengzhou is low in the north and high in the south, and the medium and high risk areas are mainly located in the south of Zhengzhou.(2)In terms of administrative units,Guancheng Huizu District is the highest in terms of risk factors, followed by Erqi District,Jinshui District,Zhongyuan District and Huizi District, respectively;Jinshui District is the highest in terms of sensitive factors, followed by Guancheng Huizu District,Zhongyuan District,Huizi District and Erqi District, respectively;Jinshui District is the highest in terms of vulnerable factors, followed by Guancheng Huizu District,Zhongyuan District,Erqi District and Huizi District, respectively;in terms of urban spatial factors Jinshui District is the highest, followed by Guancheng Huizu District,Zhongyuan District,Erqi District and Erqi District respectively;in terms of overall flood risk Jinshui District has the highest risk, followed by Guancheng Huizu District,Zhongyuan District,Erqi District and Huizi District respectively.(3)Finally,based on the evaluation results, relevant countermeasures and recommendations are proposed for flooding in Zhengzhou City from both engineering and non-engineering measures, and the research results and related recommendations can provide a reference basis for improving the impact of flooding on Zhengzhou City and reducing the losses caused by flooding to Zhengzhou City. |
