With the development of science and technology,the technical content and informatization of amphibious assault vehicle(AAV)have been continuously improved.It puts forward higher requirements for the skill quality of operators and the development of AAV.Compared with real vehicle training,AAV visual simulation driving training can reduce the training cost and improve the research efficiency.It has important research significance and application value for AAV design and operator training.In order to satisfy the stability,real-time,realistic and other requirements of the AAV visual simulation,it is necessary to study the visual simulation environment and AAV aquatic sports.Based on MAK software,Matlab software and CFD software,this research establishes a visual simulation platform for AAV aquatic sports,focusing on the modeling of AAV aquatic sports environment,the construction of vehicle multi-rigid body dynamic model and hydrodynamic analysis.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper introduces and analyzes the current research status of AAV simulator and hydrodynamic model,and then determines the main requirements of simulation platform.According to the requirements,the framework of the whole simulation platform is built,which is divided into two parts: visual simulation and hydrodynamic simulation.Secondly,the traditional single-rigid-body vehicle dynamic model could not reflect the complex dynamic coupling relationship among vehicle body,turret and gun barrel.Therefore,the Twist-Wrench method is used to establish the multi-rigid body dynamic model of AAV.The model can calculate the buoyancy and hydrodynamic forces in real-time according to the motion relationship between the AAV and the ocean wave generated in the visual simulation.In addition,the hydrodynamic coefficients are obtained by CFD software in advance according to the different pitch angles of amphibious armor.After that,the AAV visual simulation is developed based on MAK visual simulation software and VC++ environment.It includes the construction of marine environment,dynamic special effects of AAV and network interfaces.Finally,in the Matlab/Simulink environment,a sliding mode controller is developed as a fire control algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the position change of the platform under different marine conditions.The experimental results show that for different marine states,the visual simulation platform can not only reflect the position change of the AAV,but also reflect the motion coupling relationship between the fire control system and the vehicle body.
