With the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous increase of car travel,urban traffic is facing increasing pressure.In particular,the difficulty of parking has become one of the important challenges facing urban development.In some old residential areas,due to the insufficient estimation of the development of private cars in the early stage of construction,the problem of residents’ parking is becoming more and more serious.Although some areas have implemented relevant measures for parking in residential areas,they have not fully considered residents’ parking willingness and demand,as well as the impact on road traffic after opening parking berths.In view of the above problems,while considering alleviating the difficulty of parking in urban residential areas and meeting the parking needs of residents to the greatest extent,this paper reduces the adverse impact of parking on dynamic traffic as much as possible,and carries out the research on the layout and period optimization of time limited parking berths in urban residential areas.Considering the number of alternative parking spots near the residential area,the walking distance for residents to pick up and put their cars,and the supply-demand relationship between each parking demand point and the alternative point,and taking the shortest total walking distance as the goal,an optimization model for the layout of time limited parking berths is constructed.Consider the dual impact of the opening or closing of time limited parking spaces in advance or later on Residents’ parking demand and the traffic conditions around the road,so as to make the utilization rate of night parking areas higher;and the average saturation of surrounding roads during the day is low,an optimization model for time limit parking berths is constructed.The Adaptive Genetic Algorithm(AGA)is designed to solve the optimization model of time limited parking lot layout,and compared the differences in solution accuracy between the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm and the Genetic Algorithm;the multiobjective optimization algorithm(NSGA-Ⅱ)is used to solve the time limit parking berth period optimization model.Through the solution and calculation of the case,the optimal layout scheme and time limited scheme of parking berths are obtained,and the differences in walking distance,utilization rate of parking area and average saturation of surrounding roads between the optimized parking scheme and the current parking scheme are compared and analyzed.The research shows that compared with the existing parking schemes,the optimization scheme can meet the parking needs of residents to the greatest extent,and the optimization model and algorithm of limited time parking space layout can minimize the overall walking distance of residents to pick up and put their cars;the time period optimization model and algorithm can meet the parking demand of residents to the greatest extent at night and minimize the impact on the dynamic traffic of surrounding roads in the daytime. |
