Children’s parks are the main places where children come into contact with nature and have a significant impact on their psychological and physical health.The comprehensive investigation and research on the artificial plant community in Children’s Park has filled the gap in the research direction of plant community in Children’s Park,maintained the benign and sustainable development of plant community,and provided scientific theoretical basis and practical reference for building a stable and beautiful artificial plant community.Chongqing Children’s Park is the only children’s ecological park in Chongqing,facing numerous challenges and urgent upgrades.Against this backdrop,the Chongqing Municipal Government has introduced a series of development strategies to improve the living environment of children,promoting the high-quality development of children’s parks.Taking Chongqing Children’s Park as the research object,this paper investigated the current situation of 73 plant community by sample method,analyzed the species composition,quantitative characteristics,structural characteristics and species diversity of plant community by statistical analysis method,summarized the plant allocation by comprehensive induction method,and put forward optimization suggestions for the deficiencies of plant community in Children’s Park.The main research findings are as follows:(1)A total of 112 species of plants belonging to 100 genera and 57 families were recorded in the sample plot of Chongqing Children’s Park,of which angiosperms have absolute advantage,while gymnosperms and ferns are less.There are more plant species in oligoecious and monoecious families,while there are fewer plant species in dominant and intermediate families.The proportion of local and foreign species is imbalanced,and there are fewer stem and fruit plants.(2)In the analysis of community quantity characteristics,the dominant species show obvious performance,with a larger number of individual plants and higher landscape homogeneity.Among them,the dominant species in the tree layer include sweet clover,geranium,ginkgo biloba,banyan tree,and camphor tree,while the dominant species in the shrub layer include paulownia,ligustrum lucidum,photinia,and southern bamboo.The dominant species in the herbaceous layer are terraced grass and zoysia grass.(3)In terms of community structure characteristics,according to the different plots,the plant community can be divided into four types,namely,plant community in blocks,plant community around the building periphery,plant community on the roof of buildings,and wet plant community,of which plant community in blocks is the largest.According to the changes in the vertical direction of space,the plant community can be divided into four types,namely,the multi layer type(arbor shrub grass),the double layer type(arbor grass,shrub grass),and the single layer type(grass).Among them,the multi layer type plant community has the largest number and the strongest stability.(4)In terms of species diversity of the community,the species richness of the tree layer and shrub layer of the plant community is higher,and the herb layer is lower,which is consistent with the diversity index.In the comparison of different vertical structures,the diversity of the multi-layer type is the highest,while the single-layer type is the worst.In the comparison of different community types,the diversity of plant community in blocks is the best,and the plant community on the roof of buildings is poor.(5)In terms of characteristic plant landscape,typical plant community has the characteristics of more species,rich community levels and high ornamental value.In terms of plant configuration,a total of 7 configuration modes have been summarized,and design principles and methods have been developed based on the functional characteristics of children’s parks.(6)In response to the shortcomings of weak thematic nature of plant landscapes,unreasonable number of plant configurations,fewer winter flowering plants,gaps in plant maintenance,weak operation and management of children’s parks,and inability to meet user preferences,it is proposed to create thematic landscapes,control the number of plant configurations,reasonably increase the proportion of winter ornamental plants,optimize plant maintenance methods,and develop reasonable management models Optimization suggestions such as effectively meeting the actual needs of users.Through a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the Children’s Park,and based on the field investigation and research results,this study summarized some design principles and design methods applicable to the plant configuration of the Children’s Park,hoping to provide a basis for the follow-up plant community research of Chongqing Children’s Park,and provide a reference for the plant design of the Children’s Park in the future. |
