building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Therefore,promoting the economic upgrading of characteristic townships in mountainous areas is not only a comprehensive advancement of Chinese-style modernization A key part of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is also an important support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and building a comprehensive power with strong supply security,strong operating system,and strong competitiveness.As a traditional agricultural area with many mountainous areas and high altitude in my country,Lingbao City has accelerated the construction of a modern industrial system with the introduction of high-quality development policies in recent years,and has achieved phased results in the process of promoting new industrialization.It has successfully entered the top 100 counties in central China,In the process of promoting the transformation from a resource-based city to an innovative city,the cultural,tourism,cultural and creative industries are hindered by various factors such as differentiated resources and different village emphases,which lead to uneven development of the internal economy of each township,relatively similar industrial structure of townships,and lack of pillars industry issues.Sihe Township is located at the frontier of Xiaoshan Mountain in western Henan.As the base of the highest mountain orchard in Asia in Lingbao City,it has been committed to the development of the agricultural tourism industry in recent years,vigorously developing characteristic industries and promoting the integration of tertiary industries to enhance the industrial status of the central township.Commercialization and marketization have driven the transformation and upgrading of rural industries across the region.However,due to the differences in economic resources between different villages,the development of their internal structures is obviously different,and the degree of integration of agriculture and tourism is also different.Therefore,under the support of basic theories such as industrial integration and industrial agglomeration theory,this study analyzes the current situation,characteristics,laws and development trends of the research questions,and constructs agricultural tourism integration based on the three dimensions of agricultural tourism industry integration conditions,integration level,and integration benefits.The comprehensive evaluation index system of the development status uses the analytic hierarchy process and the additional weight value of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to calculate the comprehensive score of each index of Sihe Township’s industrial development,so as to propose the future industrial development promotion strategy and space optimization plan of Sihe Township.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on 26 indicators in the three dimensions of integration basis,integration degree and integration benefits,the comprehensive evaluation of the integration level of agriculture and tourism in Sihe Township is carried out.The initial exploration stage shows that agriculture in Sihe Township is beginning to combine tourism resources,the rural tourism industry has achieved initial results,and the development of the overall agricultural tourism industry is still in the initial stage of driving the overall economic development;The dimension score of tourism integration conditions is 0.129,which shows that Sihe Township has a good agricultural resource and tourism resource base and a good economic and social development environment in the process of agricultural tourism integration development,which generally reflects the development trend of the adaptability of the agricultural tourism industry.On the other hand,it shows that the agricultural tourism industry needs to make full use of the brand effect to continuously increase market share,brand value and corporate strength,thereby enhancing the brand effect of agricultural tourism resources.The dimension score of agricultural tourism integration is 0.202,indicating that the agricultural tourism industry has insufficient investment in the construction of tourism service facilities.In the future,Sihe Township needs to increase the government’s policy support,increase subsidies and preferential policies to improve the level of infrastructure construction;Finally,Sihe Township has a score of 0.158 in the integration benefit dimension of agriculture and tourism,indicating that the comprehensive benefits of the agriculture and tourism industry cannot meet the expected requirements.Therefore,Sihe Township needs to add the leading role of agriculture in the development of agriculture and tourism integration,and continue to strengthen the tourism industry Capital investment and policy preference have led to the rapid development of the overall economy of Sihe Township.(2)From the perspective of zoning evaluation,the quantity composition presents a pyramid-shaped distribution law of "high,narrow,low and wide".In terms of specific scores,the integration level of agriculture and tourism in Apple Town reached 0.895,indicating that it has played a leading role in the integration of agriculture and tourism in Sihe Township;Chaoyang Village,Shiyangshanju,and Pogen Village reached 0.803,0.744,0.676,in a good state of integration,indicating that these areas as a whole keep up with the high-level pace of Apple Town,leading the integration of agriculture and tourism in the second-level high-level areas of Sihe Township,basically forming a coupling of benign interactions in the agriculture and tourism industry Benefits;the integration score of Jinlingyuan Farm is 0.530,and Hongyegu Farmhouse is 0.568,indicating that the two are in the moderate coupling stage;the integration level of Longfei Manor,Wotou Apple Farm,and Juxi Garden is lower than 0.5,ranking among the basic integration development stage,reflecting certain obstacles to development due to the limitations of its own agricultural volume or single tourism products.From the perspective of subsystems,Apple Town is highly integrated in three dimensions,and ranks first.Its fusion condition has reached 0.362,11 percentage points higher than the average value,and the development is the most prominent.This is because Apple Town relies on the high-quality apple brand of Heshan,Lingbao Temple,Henan,and fully integrates agricultural brand building and tourism industry development,forming a unique market brand benefit.It is worth mentioning that Chaoyang Village relies on rich regional resources and the help of market agro-tourism enterprises,and its agro-tourism integration conditions are among the highly integrated areas along with Apple Town.The lower integration area mainly includes Jinlingyuan Farm and Wotou Village,with scores of 0.224 and 0.208 respectively,indicating that the agricultural tourism industry in these areas is in the initial stage of exploration,and tourism resources cannot realize the comprehensive development of each area,resulting in relatively low integration benefits of the area.In general,in recent years,Sihe Township has vigorously developed the agricultural tourism industry,which has promoted the double-chain coupling and rapid development of the agricultural tourism industry,and provided a good foundation for improving the level of agricultural tourism integration.But on the whole,the integration level of agriculture and tourism is at an average level.In the future,Sihe Township will adhere to the concept of updating services,comprehensively improve the quality of tourism services,deeply explore the characteristic culture of the park,shape the brand of high-quality apple products,solve the seasonal business difficulties,and improve the quality of agriculture and tourism.The combined benefits of integration.(3)In terms of spatial pattern,according to the spatial layout of agricultural and tourism resources in Sihe Township,adhere to the principles of industrial cluster development,intensive and economical use of resources,and the construction of functional collections,it is proposed that "one core,two axes,multiple points,four "District" development pattern of agri-tourism integration space.Furthermore,on the premise of determining the overall development status and resource advantages of Sihe Township,this study analyzes and summarizes the industrial development plan suitable for Sihe Township itself: first,extend the agricultural industry chain through the agricultural development plan,increase the proportion of added value of agricultural products,and increase the agricultural The overall benefit and improve the overall competitiveness of the region.Secondly,with the development idea of "one point,one circle,one line" in the tourism development plan,the concept of all-for-one tourism is created,and Sihe Township is planned to be built into a tourist destination city that is "famous in the province and well-known in China".Finally,according to the agricultural advantages of Sihe Township,the benign interaction efficiency of the agricultural tourism industry will be improved on the basis of following
