Research And Planning Of Rural Complex Based On The Integration Of Agriculture And Tourism

Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization process has made remarkable achievements,but in the second half of the urbanization is changing.How to balance the differences between urban and rural areas,how to improve the rural living environment has become an urgent problem.In February 5,2017,the "rural complex" as a highlight of the development of new rural industries,was written into the Central Document No.1,and the nationwide comprehensive rural complex construction provided the direction for the transformation of rural areas and the integration of urban and rural areas.This paper first analyzes the purpose and significance of the development of the rural complex project,summarizes the current situation of development,and explores a new idea of rural complex construction based on the integration of agriculture and tourism.Then take Guangxi "that culture" as the theme,take lingwan area of Shibu Town,Xi Xiang Tang District,Nanning City as an example,carry out specific planning and landscape design research.Finally,the experience of "lingwan model" is summed up,and six conclusions are drawn which are beneficial to the development of the rural complex.How to coordinate the integrated development of agriculture and tourism,and reflect the regional cultural characteristics in this process,is the core issue of this paper.The core conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,through a large number of literature review,this paper studies the development trends of domestic and foreign agricultural tourism estates,and analyzes the classic cases at home and abroad,and sums up three basic characteristics of excellent cases: 1.Many of them are around big cities;2.Pay attention to agricultural experience and interactive projects;3.Adapt measures to local conditions,highlight characteristics.Second,combined with the characteristics of excellent cases,taking Guangxi "Na culture" as the starting point,taking lingwan area as the research object,this paper explores the rural integration complex suitable for lingwan development.Through data analysis and field investigation,the internal and external environment of the site is analyzed,and the "garden city" design concept is constructed.Under the guidance of this concept,the overall design and promotion strategy is proposed,and the "lingwan mode" is summarized.Third,on the basis of "lingwan model",further deepen the detailed design of landscape,and carry out the detailed design of four functional areas and three landscape elements.Through the deepening of the design scheme,the feasibility of the development of rural complex with culture as the theme is verified.Finally,the general development mode of rural complex project with the integration of agriculture and tourism is summed up for reference of the development of rural complex in other regions.In this study,we actively advocate the development concept of taking culture as the center,inheriting regional cultural characteristics and building rural cultural self-confidence,in order to play a certain role in promoting the construction of new rural areas and the revitalization and development of rural areas.
