| In recent years,the lightweight of vehicle structure has become the mainstream of design with the rapid development of rail transit in China.The increase of structural elasticity caused by lightweight makes its impact on vehicle dynamics more and more significant.Bogie is an important bearing component of vehicle,it is of great significance to determine the influence law of elastic vibration of frame and wheel set.Firstly,this paper is based on the theory of multi-body dynamics,the whole vehicle dynamic model of a high-speed trailer is established by Simpack.On the basis of determining the correctness of the model,the flexible parts of frame and wheel set are established by using Hyper Mesh and Ansys software,then the vehicle model is generated with flexible structure.A comparative study on the parameters of the multi rigid body dynamic model and the dynamic model including the flexible parts of the bogie is carried out.The influence law of flexibility on the dynamic performance of high-speed train is determined.This paper takes the Beijing Shanghai spectrum as the track excitation.The nonlinear critical speeds of four vehicle models and the vehicle running stability,running safety and wheel rail wear index under different speeds are calculated.And the influence of curve parameters on the curve trafficability of flexible bogie is studied.The results show that the flexibility of wheel set,frame and bogie will reduce the anti snake stability of vehicle.Wheel set flexibility and bogie flexibility will deteriorate the lateral stability,and wheel set flexibility is the main factor causing the aggravation of lateral vibration.Wheel set flexibility and bogie flexibility will significantly increase the wheel rail lateral force,derailment coefficient and axle lateral force index of vehicles.And flexible wheel set is an important factor causing the aggravation of lateral force.The flexibility of bogie components will cause the increase of Elkins wear index.And the more flexible parts,the greater the Elkins wear index.Influence of curve parameters on curve trafficability of flexible bogie,under the condition of superelevation,the curve passing performance of flexible bogie vehicles decreases with the increase of large curve radius.The curve trafficability increases with the increase of transition curve length at the same speed.But when it exceeds a certain length,the increase of transition curve length can not significantly improve the curve trafficability of flexible bogie vehicles.The curve passing performance decreases with the increase of superelevation value at the same speed. |
