In order to acquire actually acceptable acceleration model used for screen surface of flip-flow screen, the paper offers the vibratory expression by a method based on the vibration of the elastic body for screen surface, and attains the expressions of displace, velocity and acceleration for the middle point of screen surface. With the aid of data calculation and plotting technology of Excel soft, systematic analysis to dynamic parameters and comparison to elementary theories and experimental data were made, the model not only deeply discloses special dynamic parameter, but offers theoretical foundation for flip-flow screen to further improve level of design and application.Accurate predicting dynamic behavior of the elastomeric sieving plate of flip-flow screen is the prerequisite to design suitable elastomer part with longer service lives. In order to determine the influence of elastic stretching of elastomeric sieving plate to the dynamics, three types of dynamic models were created based on three different methods, and then the basic dynamic parameters were systematically computed and a series of responses was also generated for analysis and comparison. Finally, the elastic stretching influence, both in quantity and in pattern, was proposed. A special regulation function of the elastic stretching was also revealed. These findings provide fundamentals for meeting design and technological requirements on elastomeric sieving plate specification of the flip-flow screen.
