In order to attract private car travelers to switch to public transportation,it is necessary to study the site selection of customized buses and the design methods of routes.However,the existing researches are mostly based on the traditional operation mode of public transport,and the route design method does not match the operational characteristics of the customized bus,which eventually leads to the loss of operating enterprises.Therefore,according to the operational characteristics of pure electric customized buses,through empirical research,combined with the established model and the designed improved algorithm,this paper finally obtains a bus line that maximizes corporate profits.The route design problem of pure electric customized bus needs to be studied from four aspects: operation characteristics,sharing station planning,establishment and solution of route design model,and empirical research.First of all,in terms of theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the operational characteristics of pure electric customized buses,summarizes the previous research methods on the planning and route design of carpooling stations,and analyzes the principles of model establishment;In terms of planning methods,this paper designs a passenger travel questionnaire according to the differences in residents’ travel needs,and analyzes the types of data to be investigated.Due to the poor disadvantage,a K-means clustering algorithm combined with Canopy was designed for carpooling site planning,and the algorithm was analyzed according to the silhouette coefficient evaluation method combined with an example,and it was verified that the improved clustering algorithm has more advantages;Then,in terms of route design method,this paper "splits" the actual site into reservation demand sites,takes the profit maximization of the enterprise as the optimization goal,and establishes a pure electric vehicle from the three perspectives of vehicle configuration,site traffic,and passenger characteristics.Customize the mathematical model of the bus route design problem,and design a genetic algorithm that improves the coding,crossover and mutation operations according to the characteristics of the reservation demand station.Combined with an example,the improved genetic algorithm is analyzed,and the improved genetic algorithm The validity of the algorithm design;finally,selected some areas of Dalian as a case study background,and collected 169 valid passenger demand information by distributing 200 questionnaires,and converted the text and latitude and longitude data into338 plane coordinates.The dataset and the actual road network data in Dalian are used as examples for verification.According to the established route design model and the designed improved algorithm,the solution of the model is completed,and finally it is obtained that 7vehicles are required to serve passengers in one trip,and the operating enterprise’s income is288.9 yuan.Based on the change of the passenger rate and the maximum time limit of passengers,the profit of the enterprise was analyzed,and the validity of the model and algorithm parameter settings were verified.
