| The Logistics automation equipment industry where LH Company is located is one of the important sectors of the "New Infrastructure" strongly advocated by the state.Due to the short development time of the industry in China,LH Company has encountered the problem of stagnant business growth in the face of competition between international giants with similar behavior and a large number of disorderly domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper aims to develop a scientific development strategy and supporting implementation measures for LH Company to solve the problem of stagnant business operations.At the same time,it provides a set of development strategy management methods that can be referenced for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises in the automatic sorting equipment industry.The paper takes LH Logistics Equipment Company as an actual case and adopts a combination of literature research,survey,and quantitative analysis methods.Through a strategic management analysis framework and tools,it conducts research on the business development issues of LH Company.By using analysis tools such as PEST model,value chain analysis,and EFE matrix,the macro environment and industry environment of LH Company were studied and analyzed,and the opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise’s development were pointed out.By analyzing the internal business status,resource conditions,and various capabilities of the enterprise,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise are pointed out.Based on SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis,an overall development strategy and competitive strategy were formulated for LH Company.The paper has formulated a development strategy for LH Company for "industrial market development",emphasizing market development as the core,combining product,sales,and service strategies,entering a wide range of industrial market fields,and achieving growth in enterprise performance.At the same time,based on the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise’s own resource capabilities,a competitive strategy of "high price,high quality,and heavy service" has been formulated to achieve dislocation competition and sustainable development with enterprises in the same industry.The paper ultimately provides key measures and guarantees that match the development strategy and competitive strategy to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise’s development strategy and the smooth achievement of business objectives. |
