As an important part of urban ecosystem,urban parks have positive effects on the health,psychology and ecological environment of urban residents.It is of great significance to study urban parks for promoting urban sustainable development,constructing ecological civilization and protecting residents’ health.This study will investigate and analyze the plant resources,plant communities and summer temperature and humidity effects of the People’s park in Nanning city,so as to provide references for the construction of plant landscape in urban parks.The results are as follows:(1)Garden plant resources: A total of 466 garden plant species belonging to 109 families and 322 genera were investigated in the six functional areas in the park.There are12 species of ferns,11 genera,10 families,20 species of gymnosperms,7 families,14 genera,and 434 species of angiosperms,92 families,297 genera(101 species,64 genera,13 families monocotyledon,233 genera,333 species,79 families,dicotyledon).The dominant families were 26 species of Liliaceae,25 species of legumes and 23 species of Euphorbia.The ratio of species of each life type was: ferns: evergreen trees: deciduous trees: bamboo: evergreen shrubs: deciduous shrubs: annual herbs: perennial herbs:evergreen woody vines: deciduous woody vines: grassy vines =12∶156∶40∶10∶103∶10∶14∶101∶8∶4∶8.There are 303 native plants and 163 exotic plants in People’s Park,accounting for 65.02% and 34.98%,respectively.According to their ornamental characteristics,plants can be divided into six categories: flower,fruit,leaf,stem,root and shape.There are 257 species of 196 genera in 78 families,207 species of 151 genera in 75 families,112 species in 76 genera in 39 families,100 species in 78 genera in 46 families,55 species in 41 genera in 24 families,and 6 species in 1 family,1 genus in 6 species in root plants.They accounted for 53.23%,44.42%,24.03%,21.46%,11.80% and 1.29% of the total species of ornamental plants.(2)Plant community diversity: there were 9 species with an important value of more than 10% of trees,which were fishtail sunflower,King coconut,camphor,dandellae sunflower,Ficus microphyllus,taxus chinensis,areca pseudopena,and pinus pinus.There were 8 species of shrubs with more than 10% important value,which were Anthracite,bamboo,Rhododendron,Rhododendron,forsythia pseudoforsythia,Melilotus officinalis,frangeria.Among the herbs,8 species had important values over 10%,which were herbivosa japonica,Phyllodendron,Iris brasiliensis,nestfern,Zoysia furbiata and wedelia trilobata.The index of species richness was 118 in tree layer,58 in shrub layer and 51 in herb layer.Simpson diversity index,shrub layer(0.9700)> tree layer(0.9670)> herb layer(0.9378).Shannon-Wiener diversity index showed that tree layer(3.9469)> shrub layer(3.7554)> herb layer(3.2665).Pielou evenness index showed that shrub layer(0.9249)>herb layer(0.8308)> tree layer(0.8273).(3)Temperature and humidity effect of plant communities in summer: the average temperature inside People’s Park ranges from 29.49 ℃ to 35.18 ℃,and the cooling intensity ranges from 0.29 ℃ to 3.24 ℃.The cooling intensity shows a "W" shaped fluctuation,with the maximum cooling intensity at 11:00,12:00 and 13:00 respectively.The average humidity ranges from 66.48 to 88.49%,and the average humidification intensity ranges from 1.45 to 8.64%,showing an "N" type fluctuation.The maximum humidification intensity is at 8:00 and 11:00 respectively.In different time periods,the discomfort index of plant community between 8:00 and 10:00 was lower than that between13:00-15:00 and 17:00-19:00.From 8:00 to 10:00,the reduction of discomfort index in 15 plant communities ranged from 1.1 to 1.8,and the reduction of discomfort index rate ranged from 2.4 to 6.3%.From 13:00 to 15:00,the discomfort index should be reduced between 0.2 and 1.2,and the discomfort index rate should be reduced between 0.7 and3.6%.From 17:00 to 19:00,the reduction of discomfort index in 15 plant communities ranged from 0.3 to 2.7,and the reduction of discomfort index rate ranged from 0.8 to 8.1%.The average daily air temperature of plant communities with different vertical structure was as follows: control point(35.8)> herb type(35.0)> irrigation-grass type(34.9)>arbor type(32.9)> Qio-grass type(32.5)> Qio-irrigation-grass type(32.4).The average daily relative humidity of plant communities with different vertical structure was ranked as George-irrigation-grass type(75.5)> George-grass type(75.2)> arbor type(72.8)>irrigation-grass type(68.6)> herbaceous type(68.6)> control point(67.1).The order of average daily discomfort index of different vertical structure plant communities was as follows: control point(31.9)> herb type(31.4)> irrigation-grass type(31.3)> arbor type(30.1)> Qio-grass type(30.1)> Qio-irrigation-grass type(30.0).
