| Ecological restoration zoning of land space is the basis and prerequisite for determining the key areas of land remediation and implementing the layout of engineering projects.At present,the ecological restoration of the national land space has achieved certain results in ecological environment improvement,but there is a problem of neglecting the protection and restoration of landscape value.Currently,landscape value is gradually participating in spatial planning as a decision-making tool,and the universal ecological restoration zoning method can hardly meet the development needs of the whole area tourism in karst areas.How to strengthen the protection of landscape value in karst areas,maximize landscape value,and guide the integration of landscape value into the territorial spatial planning system is particularly important.On the basis of summarizing the existing ecological restoration zoning methods,a set of zoning methods is proposed for karst areas with a good landscape base,oriented to landscape value protection.By constructing the zoning method of "landscape value assessment-ecological function identification-ecological problem identification",evaluate the karst landscape resources and values,try to combine landscape value and zoning,and explore more scientific and systematic zoning methods and control measures for ecological restoration.Taking the Li River basin as an example,the landscape character assessment(LCA)method is used to assess karst landscape resources and determine the value,and identify karst landscape values.Based on the landscape value assessment,a primary zoning was delineated,focusing on natural substrate elements and landscape values;based on ecological function identification,a secondary zoning was delineated,focusing on dominant ecosystem service functions;for ecological problem identification,a tertiary zoning was delineated,identifying key restoration areas and implementing targeted ecological restoration and landscape protection measures according to local conditions,with the following conclusions:(1)The karst landscape of Li River basin is divided into 23 landscape feature types and 211 feature areas,with the amount of landscape value ranging from 1.80-4.68 points and divided into 3 areas of high value feature area(4.21-4.68 points),medium value feature area(3.65-4.21 points)and low value feature area(1.80-3.65 points).(2)The Li River basin is divided into 3 primary subzones,9 secondary subzones and 18 tertiary subzones.The primary zoning is divided into the northern montane forest low value area,the central peak scrub high value area,and the southern montane scrub medium value area.(3)Based on the results of the three-level ecological restoration zoning,ecological and landscape restoration control measures are implemented according to local conditions,and the ecological restoration main line of "ecological restoration first-landscape restoration follows" is proposed.Regarding ecological restoration,the restoration model of "natural restoration and key protection" is adopted for key protected areas and general protected areas with good ecological base,while the restoration model of "integrated improvement and key implementation" is adopted for key protected areas and preventive protected areas with serious ecological problems;Regarding the landscape restoration,the restoration modes of "nature protection as the main focus,tourism development as a supplement","natural design,key restoration" and "ecological recreation,moderate development" are adopted for the northern mountain forest low value area,the central peak forest scrub high value area and the southern mountain scrub medium value area respectively.Taking landscape value conservation as the guide,the research results provide a new set of ecological restoration zoning methods for karst areas with excellent landscape substrate,help the coordinated coexistence of karst landscape value conservation and utilization,and provide new ideas for landscape value as a decision-making tool into territorial spatial planning. |
