| With the improvement of construction technology standards and the unique nature of bridge construction compared to other construction projects, the bridge construction process faces more complex challenges, thus posing higher demands on existing safety management. In the field of safety science, resilience theory is widely applied, primarily addressing complex socio-technical systems and proactively dealing with safety issues in management work from a new perspective. Therefore,in order to better describe the resilience capacity of construction safety management in dealing with destructive impacts throughout the process, this paper integrates resilience theory with bridge construction safety management.Through a resilience analysis of bridge construction safety management, this study aims to improve traditional safety management evaluation indicators and promote the transformation of safety management towards a more proactive approach. This paper outlines the characteristics of bridge construction, introduces safety management theory and resilience theory, analyzes the applicability of resilience theory in construction safety management, and discusses the resilience connotation of bridge construction safety management.Under this premise, the existing achievements and problems in the field of bridge construction safety management are studied using survey and literature analysis methods. The results show that there are defects in the application of traditional safety management methods in bridge construction, mainly manifested in the mismatch between current safety management indicators and actual conditions, the lack of comprehensive coverage of evaluation indicator systems, and the absence of systematic perspectives in classification. Therefore,it is essential to introduce resilience theory into safety management to address the crux of the problem and promote the development of new safety management methods. To comprehensively and systematically evaluate the resilience capacity of bridge construction safety management in the face of destructive interference events before, during, and after the process, this paper makes certain efforts.First,a structural analysis is conducted based on the six subsystems of safety management, and a functional analysis is performed using the four resilience capabilities.Literature analysis is employed to identify 37 initial indicators.Second, using reliability and validity tests,33 evaluation indicators are screened from the four aspects of resilience characteristic capabilities: maintenance, response, recovery, and optimization.A resilience index system for bridge construction safety management is then established.Next, based on the G1 method, the improved CRITIC method, and the additive synthesis method, the weights of the indicators are calculated to construct the extension cloud comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, the Pinglu Canal Extra-Large Bridge is selected as the evaluation object. The evaluation results show that the construction safety management resilience of this project is at a moderate level, effectively verifying the feasibility of the evaluation model.Furthermore, based on the evaluation results, improvement and optimization measures for low-resilience indicators in safety management are proposed. |
