In the construction industry with China’s economy booming at the same time, the construction safety accidents are also more frequent. In view of the features of bad construction environment of bridge construction process is complicated, high technical content, the difficulty of the construction and the construction of bridges, so become a high-risk industries, safety problems in the construction of more prominent.At present the construction safety management of our country still exist deficiencies, lack of systematic, comprehensive safety production management system. Therefore, this paper uses the theory of system engineering, through investigation and Study on the engineering example, and combined with the theory of construction safety production management system at present, on the bridge construction safety management system and the system evaluation is investigated, detailed introduces the constitution elements of safety production management system, and the safety management factors in engineering example of summarize.Based on the analysis of the particularity of the bridge construction projects and the construction organization, summarizes the characteristics and objects of bridge construction safety management; and sums up the bridge construction of five accident probability is highest, the greatest harm, this is also the key protection safety management in construction.In this paper, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE evaluation) as the main body, risk assessment of the operation method to supplement, establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system of safety management, and the project examples are quantitative evaluation. The method from the actual situation of the bridge construction starting, are analyzed according to the probability is highest, the greatest harm five kinds of accidents in bridge construction, quantitatively reflects the status of safety management of bridge engineering and has a good scientific and operability.
