| As financial technology continues to be deeply integrated into the daily life of the public,the prosperity of Internet finance continues to deepen the digital transformation,making it the main channel for people to deal with banks.However,the position of traditional bricks-and-mortar bank outlets for commercial banks is still unshakable,and they are still the corporate culture,image,product publicity,deposit lending and customer service of commercial banks.The most important channel to attract financial resources.As a new form of financial institution established under the new national financial policy,village banks,with their unique positioning of supporting agriculture and small businesses and serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers,are more reliable to the people in rural areas and more willing to go to the outlets for business.Faced with the double attack of other banks’ business expansion and constant network service,how to scientifically optimize and adjust the network layout will be the most important strategic decision for the sustainable development of rural banks.Based on the theories of industrial agglomeration,business circle and location,this paper takes 28 sub-branches of ZM village Bank as the research object,selects a series of indicators that may be related to the location of commercial banks’ branches,and forms an operational geographic information database by screening,analyzing and sorting out the obtained data.Based on this database,combined with the summarized and sorted reference literature and the data held by the field research,the fishing net tool of Arc GIS software was used to divide the analyzed area into grids,and the grid was associated with the coordinates of interest points to generate the associated database.The correlation coefficient matrix is used for correlation analysis of the indicators,and the data with weak correlation is removed.The multivariate clustering is used for cluster analysis of the relevant data,so as to determine the location of the selected points and the optimal number of points.The coordinates of the clustering center are analyzed one by one,and compared with the satellite image,the deviation is corrected,so as to avoid the areas that are not allowed by geographical conditions,such as lakes and fields.The theoretical optimal dot position is obtained.Then,taking the theoretical optimal location as the center,the method of multi-loop buffering is used to compare and analyze the actual location and the theoretical optimal location,and some suggestions are put forward,such as the migration,cancellation and merger of the existing location of the dot and the location of the newly added dot in the blank area.Finally,specific measures and suggestions are proposed in terms of manpower,finance,science and technology,system and other aspects for the optimization and improvement of network layout,so as to ensure the accurate and efficient implementation of the site selection strategy of bank business outlets. |
