| The network structure of urban agglomeration is one of the hot spots in modern urban and rural planning,Economic geography,Regional economics and other disciplines,which profoundly affects the development of urban agglomeration.Along with the progress of the times,the flow of economy,information,population and other factors among cities is further accelerating,the links between cities become more complex and close,and relevant data is easier to obtain,which opens a new prospect for the study of urban agglomeration network from the perspective of Space of flows.As the largest urban agglomeration in northwest China,the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration plays an irreplaceable role in the "the Belt and Road" initiative,and is also an important gateway from the western region to the eastern and central regions.This urban agglomeration was officially approved and established by the State Council in 2018,and is planned to be built into a national level urban agglomeration with international influence by 2035.This article takes the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration as the research area and has certain academic value.Describing the structural characteristics and influencing factors of the diversified flow network in the urban agglomeration is beneficial for deepening the understanding of the current development status of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,and thus providing certain suggestions for optimizing the urban agglomeration network.This article is based on economic,information,and population flow data,and takes eleven cities in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration as the research object.It describes and compares the point,line,area,and overall network structure of the urban agglomeration network.It summarizes the characteristics and current shortcomings of the urban agglomeration’s multi flow network from four aspects: urban nodes,intercity connections,urban subgroups,and overall network.QAP analysis tool is used to perform correlation analysis on the multi flow network,This paper constructs a regression model of the multi flow network relationship based on the nine indicators of the development level of educational facilities,cultural facilities,medical facilities,enterprises,per capita GDP,industrial structure differences,commuting time,geographical proximity and Administrative division,analyzes the influencing factors of the multi flow network,and on this basis,discusses the possibility of optimizing the urban agglomeration network.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of multiple flows,the network characteristics of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration were analyzed.The content includes:(1)In the point structure,the total correlation level of Xi’an and Xianyang is stable at the first and second levels,followed by Weinan and Baoji,and other cities are relatively lower;In the multi stream network,only Xi’an,Xianyang,and Linfen show a certain degree of extroversion,while the other cities are in a network affiliated position;From the perspective of centrality,Xi’an is in an absolute center,with the network status of Xianyang,Baoji,and Weinan varying in different networks;(2)In the online structure,the overall intercity connectivity between Xi’an and Xianyang is stable at the first level,and the overall level of connectivity between cities in "Gansu Guanzhong" is higher than that of "Shanxi Guanzhong".Combining visualization processing,the hierarchical nature of economic and population flow networks is strong,forming a "one" shaped backbone network,while the information flow hierarchy is relatively flat,and the backbone network is in a "butterfly shaped" shape;(3)In the surface structure,the population flow network has the most factions,with an equal number of economic and information factions.All three types of networks form four major subgroups,with varying densities within and outside each subgroup,resulting in structural fractures From the perspective of the overall network structure characteristics,the economic flow network and information flow network have similar overall network structure characteristics.The accumulation of economic flow networks is the strongest,followed by population flow networks,and information flow networks are the weakest.(2)This article summarizes the characteristics of the diversified flow network in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,including:(1)In the development of urban nodes,Xi’an is dominant and the secondary cities are not strong.Xi’an,as the central city of the urban agglomeration,is in an absolute dominant position in the diversified flow network.Xianyang,Baoji,and Weinan,as important node cities of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,are difficult to highlight their network status under the coverage of Xi’an,which is relatively weak;(2)In the intercity connection,the agglomeration effect of Xi’an is obvious,and the "one axis and three belts" are beginning to take effect.Affected by the dominance of Xi’an city,the multi flow network structure of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration shows a central radiating structure centered around Xi’an,with a significant agglomeration effect of Xi’an’s elements.In addition,the "one axis and three belts" have to some extent promoted the improvement of intercity connectivity in urban agglomerations,but regional integration development still needs to be strengthened;(3)In the development of subgroups,there is a significant gap in internal connections,and external connections need to be strengthened.Overall,there are numerous sub groups in the multi flow network of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,some of which are composed of cross administrative regions,and the level of internal connections among different sub groups varies,which cannot be generalized;The external connection structure is broken and needs to be strengthened;(4)From the overall structure,the development level of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is relatively low,and the characteristics of the three types of networks are different.(3)This article summarizes the existing problems of the multi flow network in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,including:(1)the lack of sub centers in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,and the unclear advantages and functions of node cities.The Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration has Xi’an as its absolute core,lacks a sub center of the urban agglomeration,and the phenomenon of "one pole dominating the big" is obvious,and some cities do not have an advantageous position in the diversified flow network;(2)The horizontal connections between cities are insufficient,and the level of integrated development is relatively low.The "one axis and three belts" structure of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration has initially taken effect,but the horizontal connections between cities are still insufficient,and the integrated development level of the urban agglomeration still needs to be improved.Most axis cities have not formed a common faction in a diversified flow network;(3)The development of urban subgroups is not coordinated from the perspective of diverse flows.In the division of sub groups,the phenomenon of "enclave" in Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is obvious,the internal connection of some sub groups is weak,the structure of multi flow network sub groups is broken,and the overall development of urban agglomeration is not coordinated.(4)The synergy between information flow network and population flow network in the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration is the highest,while the synergy between economic flow network and information flow network is the lowest.Through the construction of the multiple flow network regression model of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration,we can see that the comprehensive influence order of the relevant influencing factors is as follows: medical facilities development level factor=GDP per capita factor>commuting time factor>educational facilities development level factor=geographical proximity factor>Administrative division factor>cultural facilities development level factor>enterprise development level factor>industrial structure difference factor.Among them,positive factors include per capita GDP factor,cultural facilities development level factor,medical facilities development level factor,enterprise development level factor,geographical proximity factor and Administrative division factor;Negative factors include educational facilities development level factor,industrial Structure factor and commuting time factor.The nine influencing factors indirectly affect the network status and subgroup composition of urban nodes by influencing the intercity relationship of urban agglomerations,and ultimately affect the points,lines,areas,and overall structure of the urban agglomeration network.(5)From the perspective of diversified flow,the optimization of the urban agglomeration network in the Guanzhong Plain was discussed:(1)Clarify the positioning of diversified flow networks in each city,and achieve the overall coordinated development of the urban agglomeration.Analyze the development orientation of node cities,and establish the absolute core position of Xi’an in the network of economic flow,information flow and population flow,the secondary core position of Baoji in the network of economic flow and information flow,the secondary core position of Weinan in the network of economic flow and population flow,and the development advantages of other node cities in the network of multiple flows;(2)Improve the level of intercity connections and strengthen the overall structure of "one axis,three belts".On the basis of "one axis and three belts",strengthen urban connections and promote regional integration development.Among them,the industrial and urban development axis of Longhai should further strengthen the economic and information connections between Xianyang Baoji,Xianyang Xi’an,and Xi’an Weinan,as well as the population connections between Tianshui Baoji;The Fuyin Development Belt needs to strengthen the economic connection between Pingliang and Qingyang,as well as the exchange of elements in the economic flow,information flow,and population flow network between Xi’an and Shangluo;The Beijing Kunming Development Belt needs to strengthen the urban connection between Xi’an and Linfen,while also strengthening the mutual connection between Weinan and Yuncheng;The connection between Xi’an and Tongchuan in Baotou Maoming Development Belt needs to be strengthened,and the network status of Tongchuan City needs to be improved;(3)Build three major urban sub clusters and strengthen the role of bridges between Baoji and Weinan.The Guanzhong Plain cities can form three urban sub groups of Guanzhong,Gansu and Shanxi on the existing basis.Baoji and Weinan serve as the two bridgeheads connecting the east and the west.The relationship between Baoji and the urban sub groups of Gansu needs to be further strengthened.The relationship between Weinan and the urban sub groups of Shanxi is weak,and the mutual relationship with Yuncheng should be strengthened. |
